Yeah any shade of brown darker than tan is pretty bad with black. But these days navy and black is pretty acceptable.. depending on if it looks good. Otherwise anything goes- jeans, khakis ..

Mari I have a skirt with the same exact print! Love the dress. Chelsea, I love sweater dresses....they are so easy and soo chic! Grace, I think bangs are awesome but you have to be commited to styling them all the time. If you are up to that ... go for it! I love Reese Witherspoon's bangs: but I like her hair a little shorter than here, like the way it is in her newest movie (with Vince Vaughn i think).
