So in Portugal you change the clocks so you can use better the daylight.. that's cool! once a lot of people in Argentina wanted to do that.. but i don't know what heppened with the government..so we didn't do it.. But i support that kind of things.. i think that is a way for reduce the energy that humans use .. in order to save the Earth! :)
