mmm are there books that give you lessons of songwiritting??? is it just for the metrics, rythms, the silabas (I don't know the word in english) in a line and those stuff or what?? cause I saw some of those things in school in my reading and redaction class but it was mostly about poems, not songs and I really thing that if you stick to those things like they're rules you have to follow to complete a song you write, that holds you back from really stamping on the paper what you want to and in the way you want to so that it's cool for you.

I'ld like a guitar like chris' no me llores, I don't have the money to buy another guitar to paint it cause I won't paint my "lili" it's the only guitar I got and I would surely shit it up

My freaking god what in name of hell does that mean, they sound very expensive hahaha back here in my little town I can only find some crappy strings called "Cometa" and THAT'S ALL YOU CAN FIND. A question!! Am I supposed to change my guitar strings every certain period of time??? or just leave them as long as they last??? My fingers hyrt after playing a little time and they get ugly is that beacause the strings are no longer good or is it just me??? they're steel strings... guess that was more than one question haha

ohh I've been wondering about that thing for a while and I have another question, is that the reason why the sound of the string of the guitar sound like "wahh" or so like in AROBTTH tour if you listen to see you soon for example in live 2003 or any other with acoustic guitar the sound of the guitar is not the same as the normal or the sound of their guitars on the most recent tours ohh and in the scientist also live 2003 the acoustic guitar doesn't sound it's just the struming. PS: would anyone know the name for the "feedback buster" in spanish???

there's a site with the sheets but they're bought individually, I think it's the one of the previews that were posted in this forum in the thred of "Vvia Sheets" or something like that, if you look into them, you'll see that they're good (at least the first pages) but with Death and All His Friends I actually think none is 100% right but the one first posted sounds better for me

Yeah I totally hate that, usually coldplay sheets where not like that, if we have the vocals notes above why do they put them below again

those keyboards, during Viva La Vida have a sound of some sort of piano with strings sound mixed up, so Chris really plays something, it's just that he plays it over the backing track and sometimes you can listen to it and notice that chris stopped playing but it's a big thing. I guess it wouldn't be so hard to get supporting muscians but I suposse they want their live shows to be show where you go to see the four of them, they want to remain the band and maybe don't want someone else screw that or just change it. I agree about the Lost! thing and I loved the "going milli vanilli" thing too hahahaha

is it just me or anybody else think that the sheets of Viva La Vida that bigC just uploaded are not 100% correct?? very much apreciated but I think it has some mistakes :S

yep for the acoustic part that's all you need to know, you just figure out the strumming and when is it each of the B's played and how

mmm well I got some things I'd like to say: I've been playing for a little time so I'm not much of an expert, I need more practice and experience but I've always thought that someday I'd like to have a band with guys who like coldplay and the few bands I like but around here people with that taste for music lack. About that thing of location, I find it very interesting that you would like or are willing to make music this way, without being with the person you're working and I say why not, sounds cool but I don't really think it's the same, I mean like jamming around with all the guys in a same room, it's like by listening to the others you feel it and the music comes out from you, but anyways, it doesn't mean it wouldn't work

it means the chords are Eb Gm Cm and Cm again but what I play with my left hand are the bass single notes Eb, G, C, C just beacuse I don't like to have one hand free and as you can see chris sort of plays something with his left hand on the video
