I like your thought. It's true that now computers do the hardest part (see how we use coldplay name songs haha you said glass of water) but those computer programs were made by people who know how to do it without them so to go even further in this stuff you need to know all you can. And it is indeed amazing that math is used to create works of art. I find it cool and satisfiting when I can solve something that's not homework or a class excersice with my math ability on my own, to see where I've come for my effort
