Hey I gotta write an essay for a class but the thing is the teacher gave us a text about ethics in employees, how in a company the superiors must be an example and the workers should have values in the right measure and how that is kinda the most important thing in an employee. Now my dilema is that I gotta find an article which has an opposing point of view to write my essay and I can't quite find an article that says people should be hired just for their knowledge or so, you know like robots or something, no feelings just work and money.
