Selling is fine, but I ended up spending up to 50 dollars for rare Coldplay promotional releases or whatever and it's just crazy how much people ask for it (but also how much people are willing to pay for it). That's why I don't really collect anymore, it gets so expensive when you try to be a completionist.

Back in 2008-2010 I collected a lot of Coldplay CDs and I was going through these again and I found one wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper. I think I was going to send it to someone and never got around to it. Thing is, it's one I own double and I'm pretty sure it's this release (if it's not, SURPRISE!): Since Christmas time is around and I'd rather see it go to a fan than make money of it, I figured I'd post it here and see if anyone would want it. Just send me a PM (first one gets it, obv). I'll probably send it somewhere in the second week of January (I'll be out of the country soon). Also, I have a few more doubles so keep an eye out for this thread in the future if you'd like some (semi-)rare Coldplay CDs.

A lot of bands don't really release singles. I don't see Coldplay doing that. I honestly don't think it matters that much.

They should come on stage, play a set like it's 1999 (Careful Where You Stand, Help Is Around The Corner, Spies, etc) and then exit the stage, leaving everyone confused.

The chance of them playing either of those is small, the chance of you witnessing them even smaller. Start crying, man.

You never know, they might make it on there in some form (part of a medley, a snippet, whatever). But yeah it's not very likely.

Hopefully Politik will re-appear on the setlist at some point, but we have to realize that after the release of the next LP they'll have even more songs and they're most likely to play a lot of new songs plus the singles from the previous albums. And not even all the singles.

I think most people on this website who have been listening to Coldplay for a while and have seen quite a few shows, are getting tired of songs like Clocks, VLV, Fix You, Yellow, etc. At least I know I do (that's why I though the encore for the last tour was a little disappointing). They'll probably keep playing those for the casual fans, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, though I would love to see them be daring and drop a bunch of the old singles and mess around with their set a bit more.

It is indeed a very expensive concert. I wouldn't be able to make it anyway, but the price is another reason to skip it. Also, is there actually a member with the username "Foreplay" now? Jfc this forum has really gone down the drain!

Ik had ze ook graag weer eens gezien, maar heb inderdaad ook tentamens die week. Bovendien is het een prijzige onderneming. Niet alleen die tickets, maar hotel, vervoer, etc.
