  1. Got the album a few days ago and its very good, amazed how well its done considering how obscure the band was before last week. Favourite songs on the album have to be Flashing Red light means go, Move on, Evacuate, Forces and Semi automatic. Although I haven't seen a radio station notice them yet, are there any playing TBR out there yet?
  2. Yeh I thought it was a beautiful song even though he wrote it the night before, very sad that it won't ever be properly recorded.
  3. Arcade Fire- Wake Up Radiohead- Karma Police Oasis- Champagne Supernova Snow Patrol- Open Your Eyes Editors- Munich The Verve- Bittersweet Symphony
  4. As said earlier in the thread, they are so underrated and unfortuantly they will probably always will be, really does annoy me how unknown they are in the UK despite how brilliant they are. Saw them at Glastonbury which was of course incredible but even though they headlined the stage they were on, it must have been one of the smallest crowds for that stage I had seen all weekend and no-one ever has a clue who they are whenever I mention them . Haven't heard all their music yet but Alligator, Boxer and Virginia EP never fail to amaze me, such a brilliant band and I can't wait to see if they can keep slowly growing in the future.
  5. 33 - Strawberry Swing - 26 - 42 + 23 - Cemeteries Of London 22 - Viva La Vida 21 - Death And All His Friends
  6. The drum beat does sound like Rebellion but other than that it isn't really that similiar, even if they did copy AF in some of their new songs, it's not a bad thing really as AF are for me the better band anyway.
  7. Violet Hill Cemeteries of London Viva La Vida Lovers In Japan
  8. Overrated- Really can't think of a rated song that I don't like Underrated- We never change
  9. Shame many people think this album is average or even rubbish like most of the reviews that have given it good but not great reviews as I really feel VLV is as good if not better than their other albums despite sounding different and I'm sure many people feel the same. I absolutely love this album at the moment.
  10. The National Coldplay Editors Arcade Fire Radiohead
  11. :o That is incredible, I know they are a huge band but for them to number 1 everywhere in the world shows how huge they've become
  12. Yeh I pretty much love every song on the album, there were a few songs that took time to grow on me like Lovers in Japan and Strawberry swing and some others like COL and Yes that I loved instantly but I love them all now. It really is a fantastic album and I can't believe the reviews that I've seen of the album, still haven't seen one that gives it full marks and properly praises it , why can't they see how great this album is!
  13. Great setlist and a fantastic show, so pleased they played Clocks so early on! Very pleased with Radio 1 for doing this, I turned sound right up on my PC and made it feel like I was actually there which was great. Although disappointed they didn't play Cemeteries of London or Yes, both of which I was really looking forward to hearing and DAAHF of course but never mind it was brilliant :D
