A couple of years ago I was in Venezuela visiting my relatives. We were all watching tv and all of a sudden Chavez comes on and starts talking for hours. He would start and end by hitting one of those little xylophones things. And during his speech he would sip coffee. He also wipped out a pie chart during part of this. I kind of blocked out the rest. Too much spanish for my little brain. Does Chavez still do this?
