yea im all for a good acoustic song at a concert. if they played see you soon i would abolutely die. all i'm saying is that in this case... i don't think they need change because the version of yellow that everyone is used to is perfect for a concert. just my opinion.

YES. AGREED. VIOLET HILL NEEDS TO BE ON ROCK BAND. me and my friends talk about it every night when we play it. there are NO coldplay songs on rockband. ahhhh there needs to be some added!!!

i think it's cool that they played that new acoustic version of yellow but now that it's out there.... i think they should stop playing it. they NEED to play the real, rock version at a concert. it's one of the highlights and one of the most energy filled moments of their concerts... i don't get why they had to change it. the acoustic version is nice to listen to on my itunes but seriously... who wants to just stand and chill at a concert while they play an acoustic version of that when they COULD be dancing and going wild to the real version?

The Scientist. these two girls were doing a science fair project with an upbeat song and a mellow song and theyd have kids listen to both and take thier pulse... and the mellow song was the scientist. and i was just like... what the fuck is this? and funny enough my pulse was higher on the scientist than the upbeat song. so then I went home and spent my entire vacation downloading everything coldplay had done up to that point. it's been pure bliss ever since.

the 2008 NBA champions....... THE BOSTON CELTICS. woooooooooooooooo!!!! they definately showed they were the best team in the NBA. what a blowout in game 6. im really happy for pierce... garnett too. the 2000s have been an icredible time to be a boston sports fan...

definately 'a spell a rebel yell'. best song coldplay have ever made. beautiful lyrics and great instrumental. wow. this definately should have been on the actual album. if they had released it as a single it would be even higher on the carts than viva la vida. seriously this song is unbelievable.

ok I DONT GET TICKETMASTER. i just randomly decided to search for tickets (even though i already have them) and i came up with 10th row in section 13 which is SICK. but since i already have tickets i couldnt buy them. then i searched again and it said it was sold out. i dont understand. it's frustrating because i was on ticketmaster the second they went on sale on saturday and the seats i got werent even near as good as those. ugh.

if this wasn't finals week... i would probably have done it by now. but i just have too much work. if someone else can't do it i'd probably be able to have it up on thursday...

i really think if viva la vida hadn't been released early and it was just as fresh to everyone as 'death and all his friends' is now... it would be dominating this poll. once again... i REALLY like daahf... i just don't think it even comes close to touching viva la vida. justtt my opinion though.

ok initially... i said the studio version was better and i voted that way. but after receiving the high quality version of the acoustic LiJ from itunes... my opinion has changed. i'm absolutely in love with the acoustic. however, i appreciate both versions and i still like the album version. we are lucky they gave us both!

ive been trying to work out the music to 'postcards' on my keyboard... it sounds really nice. i really hope this is a b-side on the next single.

viva la vida is the best song on this album and one of their best songs ever. if it wasn't for the male chorus at the end of it... daahf could've passed as a b-side. that being said, i still love daahf but i just don't think it compares to viva la vida. but i can see why others would pick daahf since it's more old school coldplay...

so i'm finally listening to the album legally for the first time... and i LOVE how viva la vida transitions perfectly into violet hill! it didnt work like this on the leak. but on the itunes version the end of viva la vida slowly transitions into that odd synt sound at the beginning of violet hill. very cool. also the quality was so amazing that i picked up so much more in the strings part. wowww.
