  1. "For days after a show, I will be finding confetti somewhere in my body". Same, Chris. And yeah, I do shower.
  2. Pretty sure nothing crazy will happen in a US stadium gig, specially with floor seats. You might have trouble seeing the show if you're quite short, that's about it.
  3. Wish I could say this is a surprise
  4. I agree with what someone said about european and north american concerts being filled with mostly casual listeners of the band. I mean, it's a stadium show after all. That's why I don't think they're gonna change the setlist so much from now on. To me, it seems like they're saving One I Love for Glasto. Last time there they did Shiver and Everything's Not Lost after a very long absence.
  5. I was doubtful about posting my Amsterdam request for the Lima show too but if there's even the slight chance to hear your favorite song live i'd say is worth it
  6. what the hell happened with Jonny's guitar on the first riff of AHFOD?
  7. I was at one of the shows where they played Army of One and it was the lowpoint of the show tbh. It just doesn't work live. Politik, on the other hand, needs to come back. Maybe the vocals are too much for Chris to handle these days or something?
  8. From my experience, almost impossible to pull that off in a stadium concert. Like person above said, keep your drinking to the minimum.
  9. Up&Up is so great live. Wish I could say the same about HFTW.
  10. Such a longshot but so was See You Soon!
  11. If they end up doing Up&Up on this, really hope it's the full version
  12. Just realized that in those pics the guys were around my current age. Feels weird, man.
  13. That's genius. Still can't believe he's playing it again! More "rare" tracks, please!
  14. First concert ever and it's gonna be a Coldplay one? The bar is gonna be set really high for any other future concerts then!
  15. That was so good. A full band performance of the song would be on the C-Stage most likely.
  16. Gotta agree with this. It's not that bad. I mean, considering the stuff we hear on radio these days, it's decent. A bit of a disappoinment but that's what the AHFOD era has been for me so far anyway lol.
  17. But if he wants to preserve his voice why not just do an instrumental track? It took me a while to accept the backing track on almost every song but the lipsyncing just gives me a bad vibe. It's fake and I don't like it. And this is just the start of the tour. The European leg is twice as big and there's no big break before the US. leg.
  18. Maybe he's just tired of singing it but they can't because is such an important song?
  19. Very worrying if true, which seems to be the case.
  20. I do think they're gonna take a pretty long hiatus after this tour is over (which should be towards the end of NEXT YEAR), but it's very unlikely its their farewell tour.
  21. Totally love Amsterdam but Fix You has and probably will always be their best closing song ever. For the current your I think Up&Up works fine, I like that Jonny gets his time to shine.
  22. Was at a party during the saturday night concert so when I went on Twitter to check out the setlist and saw AROBTTH I freaked out and yelled something like YAY. What a surreal moment.
  23. The reaction AROBTTH had gave me chills. Glad they played it on the second night. It was the first date they announced so the most die-hard fans were there and they deserved this treat.
  24. Man, those were the times. Think social media has kinda taken over most of the covering and discussion of shows.
