They're usually asked not to dance or sing too loud by the producers I'd say

So they played LiJ because the piano broke but the song was on the printed setlist? hmm... I have a theory that they just play whatever they feel like as the request song and pick a random instagram video with the song requested

So the floor has 3 sections, all stand up. Peru's concert had the same situation and people in both field 2 and 3 were complaining being way more far from the stage than it appeared on the seat chart.

It also depends if the concert you're going to is on a weekday or weekend. If it's on a weekend, I'd suggest to get there as early as possible.
