I listened to the Sirius interview with Chris and what he said is dead on. He said that the other members of the band are more predominant and are really thriving, and you can definitely hear that in AOAL. Guy's bass is so funky and great. Will's awesome rhythmic drums are back. And of course we have Jonny with that awesome rif! Is this the best Coldplay song? No, but it is definitely an awesome one! Its great having something new in completely unexplored territory.

Havnt posted yet in all the craziness. The song is definitely from left field but I am loving it. Yeah some lyrics are a tad cheesey, but over all I think it's great. Coldplay once again surprise me with their sound! As to the Tidal event, I am going to try my best to not watch it. With the album so close, I want to save the rest of the tracks for release day. Its going to be hard though!

I could see this being the last big thing they do for a while. Who knows what they will do next, but it will definitely be a while before we experience this pre release build up. Good God this sounds so great!!! I was into it 1 second after it started playing. Just this snippet has left me with goosebumps everywhere. Can't wait for the rest of it!

I figure one or two songs isn't bad, but I don't want to hear anymore than that. At this point we have a live version of Amazing Day and hopefully a new single. So if that's all we hear before the album then I will be very pleased. Really we will have only heard one studio track. That will be a first for a while. With MX and Ghost Stories, they played half, if not more of the album before it's release. I want to save as much of it as possible.
