  1. Great sing along song, But I don't think its their best so id go for Fake Plastic Trees or Paranoid andriod.
  2. Destroy demonacoracy! I love that line too much, I wont vote it off just yet.
  3. Dollars and Cents is RH's most underrated tune. Listen to it loud, with knowledge of the lyrics, it sounds like Thom is being sufficated by the capitalist dream. And 'were going crack your little souls' (what a great line) Or 'I want to live in the childrens land, I dunno but maybe someday' This song is mindblowing for me.
  4. Exo is the most standard down to earth rock song muse have done really. I love it as with Assasin for its simpleness.
  5. Top 5 bands of all time 1. Radiohead 2. Muse 3. Coldplay 4. Blur 5. U2 Your current top 5 bands 1. Blur 2. Stereophonics 3. The Beatles 4. Feeder 5. Oasis And your current top 5 songs 1. Tender - Blur 2. Come on - The Verve 3. I ran away - Coldplay 4. Battle - Blur 5. Help me (shes out of her mind) - Stereophonics

I really dont think No Suprises is about suicide, to me its as the title suggests about a lack of promise and hope in a grim industrialised world (A handshake of carbon monoxide) Motion picture soundtrack and Videotape to me are similar, looking back on life just before or after death. (Those 2 compliment each other brilliantly) Prove yourself however is an annoying RH song about suicide and the 'I wish I was dead' chorus annoys me.
  7. Take a bow feels like Muse holding back, it could be a great song but instead its a repeative riff and not a great one at that, you expect its building to something big but when the curtain finally drops its hardly anything special. Compared to Appocolypse please and New Born its a weak opener. Im not saying I dislike it but compared to Assasin and City of Delusion its nothing special.
  8. Take a bow is such a dull opener, see that it is eliminated soon guys.
  9. Hows the Eraser? And Airbag / how am I driving? I still need those 2.
  10. Its got a lot of strong songs but some annoying interludes as well. Life in a glasshouse / You and whos army and Dollars and Cents are brilliant (Just look up the lyrics to dollars and cents, its the most intense thing they've ever done)
  11. I love Supermassive black hole its the only track I didnt get really bored of. But Knights of Cydonia was my fav of all until I overplayed it to death.
  12. 13 - Blur Finding it a little differcult to love but I love the first half!
  13. Anyone know where I can get ahold of all the B sides from the post OK Computer period in one unofficial EP? Ive got Paragon of Virtues (Ok Computerish bsides) but im after the newer B sides.
  14. Obviously a twat, most likely does appauling music that picks up teenagers who like music with the depth of a spoon. At least Oasis knew how to insult a band proparly...
  15. Recommend me some B sides of these bands if you can please. Blur, Stereophonics, Feeder, Travis, Franz Ferdinand, Gorrilaz, Pulp, Keane, U2 Also what bands would you say have the best B sides? for me its Muse and Radiohead, some absolute gems dont make it onto the album.
  16. There more than 7 now, and I seriously would doubt there would be anything like numerous B side collections on a greatest hits. Radiohead wernt shy for Ep's in their day Airbag and My Iron Lung pretty much are there for the devotes already. And yeah I reckon Kid A will be missed off totally as well because this CD is easily just going to be RH's most accessable material, not their greatest songs.
  17. Dont agree with your dates, heard nothing about Muse in 2008. The Verve's new one is out in April, it was leaked last week along with some song names (check Kerrang) And don't forget Feeder.
  18. www.play.com has HAARP for £12 for all you UK folks, play also do free delivery. http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/3476689/H-A-A-R-P-Live-At-Wembley-2007/Product.html
  19. My friend went friday night. Reckons their doing a concept album, about 45 minutes long, supposibly one long song not multi tracked. Darkest thing they've done yet he said, but he hasnt heard 12 memories. The tour was all about testing this concept album. Of course its up to you wether to believe me or not but I trust my source.
  20. Chronologically id put money on Creep, High and dry, Fake plastic trees, Just, Street Spirit, Paranoid andriod, Karma police, No Suprises, Lucky, Optomistic, How to dissapear completely, Idioteque, Pyramid song, Knifes out, There there, 2+2=5, Wolf at the door and maybe a popular B side like Talk show host.
  21. Radiohead is pretty easy, likes of No Suprises and There there especially, the challenge for me is Muse and Oasis. I tried singing along to the entire Ok Computer one day and I found Paranoid androids shouting followed by a long suspended cry pretty much impossible to immitate. A Wolf at the door is the best RH song to 'join in' imo. ----------- Optimistic was the most successful song to get radio time off Kid A so its likely you've heard it before. ------------- As for the greatest hits, Radioheads outlasted Blur, Oasis, Pulp (pretty much every band of their generation except Stereophonics) to the dreaded Greatest hits but I wonder if such a package will be profitable at all. I mean Radiohead doesn't appeal to the crowd who wait for greatest hits packages and their work is very differcult for the casual market. Plus how can you condense RH's best songs onto an album? with so much of their work being unsimilar, you'd need to do an Echoes: the best of Pink Floyd style song merge for it to work.
  22. Curious, how many people actually sing along to Radiohead? And whos actually good at it?
  23. Someone please explain to me why this is such a good song? Its the 2nd worst song on Kid A. It makes me sad that songs like EIIRP and Treefingers got on Kid A and Fog one of Radioheads best songs of all did not.
  24. Might not be Radioheads influence of George Orwell but paying homage to Pink Floyd's animals album.
