Wow, falling asleep to a hairdryer, one of the most annoying sounds to me in the world :surprised: I'm fascinated by how many different sounds we all react differently to! I noticed my heart beat calms down when I listen to very low frequency songs. Or songs that have a very consistent low bassline humming in the background. If I let that play over headphones my face goes like (─‿‿─) Who else likes the sound of a train horn in the distance? That long stretched wailing sound gives me instant head tingles!

I hate coffee HAHAHA. I only really like the smell :wacky:

Because Chris' parents hate hearing him swearing lol No I think it has to do with the "coolness" thing that comes with swearing. Chris mentioned several times that he doesn't want to be cool, so maybe that's why he doesn't swear? Or maybe it would be absolutely pointless to insert any swear words into their songs anyway, if you look at the lyrics. They're oftentimes centered pretty much around love and lost love things and what-not, and nothing swearworthy... yeah sorry, no interview source for that, just a personal guess :shrug:

Funny that you mention me, because a few months ago I also discovered this "thing" and tried watching a few videos to check if I also get this weird sensation in my head. Turns out, I get absolutely agressive and angry at everyone in the video if people start talking in quiet or hushed voices, it makes me so MAD :|:uhoh: The sounds of pens writing on paper makes me unconfortable. Parachutes: Life is for living, I hate that cheap ass whatever-it's-called-instrument playing in the background. And Chris' voice sounds WEIRD AROBTTH: In My Place, I never liked it. Except experiencing it live, then I love it, but not because of the music euheueeueue :charming: X&Y: The Hardest Part, that song just doesn't sound like a Coldplay song to me :wacko: The only part I like about the song is the last third part of it. VLVODAAHF: Yes, because I can't even remember the melody of the song. It has too many changes in the melody and it just goes in too many directions at the same time. LOL I dunno! Mylo Xyloto: Major Minus. The only parts I like of this song are the epic bassline and the outro. But that low-fi voice effect is AWFUL AND RUINS EVERYTHING :angry: Ghost Stories: Another's Arms. There are so many things I dislike about that song I don't bother to write them down. Not even Jonny's guitar can save it for me.
