  1. Indeed, obviously he was trying to keep it quiet -_- Family break ups are never easy though D:
  2. Police ID has been found on some of the pro Mubarak supporters. Journalists have been beaten by thugs. Why governments around the world are just sitting by and watching and just saying here and there 'hey that no good' is beyond me.
  3. Innisfail also apparently has no water and now power...
  4. Omg, I hate this in the city. Here, it's an unspoken rule that if you are going to stand around on the escalator, you stand on the left side. The right side is kept clear for those people who are in a rush. But no, some ning brains laze around on the right side, completely oblivious to the person trying to get to the end of the escalator behind them. Even moreso annoying because it can be a 15-30 minute wait for the next train if you miss it (which I have done before because of these silly people). Uuuuugh.
  5. No casualties or serious injuries so far... but Townsville is facing a rather bad situation. Their water supply has been damaged and they're expected to run out of drinking water tomorrow.
  6. Good to see you've got some internet service there burningmonk! Some reports have been coming out saying the same thing. Thanks for the message
  7. Cyclone Yasi's eye has made landfall at Mission Beach (in the middle of Innisfail and Ingham)
  8. Yup, saw the anti-government protesters running after the pro-Mubarak ones on TV about an hour ago. Violence abounds.
  9. There's about 30-45 minutes I think until the cyclone comes charging down on northern QLD... watching the threat map and the live ABC news feed now, pretty scary stuff.
  10. Well the point of those places is that they are out of the way, so ideally they will not be seen. So it's not really in the public view, but yeah still public places.
  11. If picking out a wedgie is bad, would adjusting an uncomfortable bra be on par?
  12. Not all of us are assholes like those guys. Unfortunately it happens a fair bit tho
  13. tram drivers who don't stop when you have pressed the button to stop or don't stop for passengers UGH as you can see i do not like some of them at all
  14. think it might have been 10
  15. Tram drivers that close the door WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO GET ON. This happened to me the other day, if I hadn't have moved my hands they would have shut on me. Oh, because it would have made the tram so late if you just waited 3 seconds instead of trying to slam the doors on my arms! Jackass
  16. A reporter got killed after he was hit in the head by a US-supplied tear gas can...
  17. Better to realise now there is no London :P
  18. there's some reports the looters are actually plain-clothed secret service ops bent on spreading chaos :S
  19. WEAK!!!!!!!!!
