  1. looking at the old pictures of them makes me think, yupp matching perfectly. these pics today show me two very different persons. gwyneth has changed so much from a vulnerable sweet grounded girl to a strong stylish acting lady. they don't match at all anymore since chris didn't seem to have changed very much but looking way more tired and exhausted to me.
  2. Magic after a long time of deafness <3
  3. I'm really glad I had this chance and that techologies in medicine have come this far. Being deaf is not fun and I strongly recommend putting plugs in your ears when joining any concert. Sadly enough this world kinda never looks at hearing matters though it is the main key to our social lifes. Imagine, no more music, no more phone calls, no more movies, no more concerts, no more talking in the dark, no more attending puplic events, no more having fun with friends... no more life itself. Thank you guys for your sweet comments! <3
  4. Hello everyone, I haven't been here for some couples of years maybe and I've stopped listening to Coldplay when I stopped coming here. The reason was as simple as sad: I've lost my hearing since I've been born. Last year I lost it completely. And although I have had promised to myself in earlier years I would not wanna live anymore without hearing Coldplay I somehow got used to the silence around me over the years since my hearing loss did not happen radically but slowly. Well I am still alive and I had only one chance left not to go crazy: getting an Implant. Long story short I got one two months ago and I made great and quick success in training my hearing again. A Cochlea Implant does not work like a hearing Aid, it works from inside the cochlea and comes closer to normal human hearing than any hearing aid would ever be able to. Therefor I can now almost hear naturally and today I decided to train my hearing more with my old beloved Coldplay songs and what can I say? IT IS GREAT BEING BACK IN HEAVEEEEN! ! ! oh wait, this is NOT heaven? haha, my bad!! I have never known Chris Martin would sing this way! I thought I have heard it all but I did not! I can UNDERSTAND what he sings because I simply can hear it! I can hear new instruments which I never heard before! Old songs become new and fresh to me and they're so so touching my heart even more! I'm sitting here typing these words having goosepimples all over my body and tears in my eyes - and Chris Martin deep down in my ears!!! Just wanted to let you know how important it is to hear! Without hearing the world becomes flat and grey and even colder! A world without the ability to talk to others and without the joy of listening to music is quite sad and makes you pulling back more and more. It's like dying from the inside while staying alive outside. I don't know if I may post this my little story here and if not please feel free, dear Admins to put my post wherever it belongs to. Saying thank you for reading this and paying attention to your ears. I say bye and hello, yes! I'm back!!! Viva la Coldplay!!!!:dazzled:
  5. botox-alert? she looks so different - pretty as usual but different

  8. now this is funny, isn't it? [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2nOGRP_XCU&feature=related]YouTube- Viva La Vida - Coldplay - Misheard Lyrics[/ame] i hope it wasn't posted before.....
  9. no, you're not alone. i agree
  10. apart from my totally agreement to both posts, yours and briggins, this is my opinion too. i still love to check out what they (coldplay) are brooding out next. this is why i come here every day and read that one or the other thread. but when a thread gets rude i stop reading because i (agree to briggins). another thing that hit my eyes: when it comes about gwyneth and marriage good/marriage bad i noticed that the gossip writers are always right when mr. and mrs. martin/paltrow were spotted together in love and they always can go to hell when they are planning to divorce. is it just me or why is that so?
  11. i just rediscovered x & y two weeks ago and i must admit time has come that i really love what they did on x & y. to me it still sounds more coldplayish like vlv. i'll might love vlv in about 5 years or so... but of course: its more a tasty thingy than a facty ;)
  12. will probably go to see richard ashcroft (& united nation of sound) in london in june
  13. oh wow!!! this makes me like vlv even more!!! indeed!! thanks for posting
  14. yes! replied to cele's topic in Coldplay
did anyone ever thought of a girl he might have kissed and tried to...(get more from)...her but she never used some deodorant? maybe this was the real reason why he was a virgin such a long time because the GIRLS never used it? :stunned: :laugh3: mc_squared i love your comments as always :laugh3: bay tha way that song is one of my top favourists on my list. it's an excellent biking-in-the-forest song.
  15. I hate parents all over the world who claim their matters are more important than the matters of their kids. this is not the way they deserve respect imho. shame on your parents who obviously don't respect you! I feel sorry for you like I feel sorry for so many kids of egoistic parents.
  16. :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :dead:
  17. wisely spoken! that's what I always say - only in german words ;) Talent is just a plus in interests and in work. The more you are interested to do something the more you work for it the further you get. -and you got pretty far as I can see...
  18. wow, as a painter myself i must say you really caught the chris-expression in his look. and that is the hardest part. hats off, colleague!
  19. though i like vlvodaahf and like it when people change - i like coldplay most without brian-eno-style. i think he made them more mainstreaming than they were before. the old coldplay was very touching, very heartily, very unique. voted: the old coldplay
  20. :laugh3: indeed! isn't it?
  21. yesterday i went to H&M and they sell a hoodie-sweater in yellow with prints on the front, the last word of the print is bakery :)
  22. i can understand you very well. oh yes and how i can...:\ i made the same experience and i hated it.
