i hate to say it but i've been waiting for them to axe kate... she hasn't really done anything for the show these past few seasons

i guess. I just think that the vastness and humongousness (is that even a word?) of universe that even with advanced technology that finding a planet like ours w/ life would be difficult to find. this thread reminds me of an article i read that stephen hawking said that we should not try and contact other civilizations because they'd most likely try and take us over... much like how columbus took over the native americans.

but how when the universe is so huge and our technology is limited (in terms of not being able to travel long distances)

100% yes... In this vast universe, if we are the only lifeforms I find it to be extremely unlikely. Now if we're talking about aliens as in UFO's... no idea... I think a lot of them are government/private company projects, but some things can't be explained.

wow... what a huge episode. Since so many big things happened I'm going to use spoilers At this point Locke/aka the MIB needs to die somehow. I agree with what someone posted (i'm sorry if I forgot who), but I think that Desmond will help to kill the MIB at the end. After this clearly the Losties are so against Locke. If anyone has any doubts about Locke/MIB not being evil this episode is the game changer. After this you can see how tension will continue to build, and I can't wait to see what happens. Next weeks episode is going to be so amazing! with a flashback of Jacob/MIB I can't wait to see what happens!

I'm not exactly sure. If I was in the situation I would copy all the files on your USB to your computer and then erase everything on the USB and run a full scan on your computer and make sure to get rid of all viruses/spyware. Also I recommend using norton anti-virus... I think they work pretty well. Then I'd see how it works. I'm not saying this is what you should/have to do, but if I was in the situation that's what I would do. Or you could just ask a professional or someone in geek squad or something and see what they say... they'd know a lot better than I
