Basically it was my senior project. For people in a different major it's pretty much a thesis. So I got to choose what I wanted to do. Initially I wanted to decide to do my own music and design a cd booklet/album/shirt/website/etc. but the teacher thought it'd be cool to try something different. So I went with making some sort of an album trailer, and since I love typography I wanted to use that, and emphasize lyrics.

haha yeah... well not to sound conceded but I will get a good grade (not just the poster, but the whole overall project). And the reason why is because I'm in a class full of idiots, some of which made bad stuff... so it kind of makes people that do better work (myself and a few others) stand out more.

:blush: haha... thanks. For me it was either In Rainbows or The Beatles Abbey Road (those two I would have to say are my favorite albums ever) thanks nina! It took a only few hours. I say only because I had a bunch of the bits sort of pre-made so it made it a lot easier. But nevertheless it was still time consuming.

It's not so bad going to school after a concert... I mean so what... you're tired. You can always sleep when you get home. In terms of convincing your parents I think you can just tell them that it's only one day of classes and it won't become a habit. I mean honestly... missing one day of class is not bad at all.

So with the summer just around the corner I wanted to see if any of you guys are doing anything interesting/cool. For the summer I'm going to get a full-time job (for good... ugh), hang out w/ friends, hopefully go to a few shows/concerts, and uhh that's about it. I hope you guys have something more interesting lined up for the summer :lol:

my dad loves that show! walking around NYC I've always thought it'd be cool if I got into the cash cab... though I'd rather be with a friend so I wouldn't have to answer the questions myself and look like a total idiot if i got a simple question wrong :lol:

well they are hard at work recording... I think someone asked Phil in April and they said that they were recording in May so... edit: also my senior project you guys know that I've worked on a motions graphics piece. Well I changed it a bit and should be posting it soon. But... I had to make a poster since I'm presenting this project so here it is:

both of them watch food channel shows (top chef, ace of cakes, chopped), also the amazing race. my dad likes to watch a lot of the history channel (WWII stuff) & game show network my mom watches baseball, or the news or just random shoiws

i think it is. I feel that something should have happened to me. I mean there was this one girl i really liked (i think she liked me) but i didn't do anything (was years ago) overall the problem is that i'm extremely quiet, and it's hard for me to open up to people i don't know. also high school was a bad experience in the sense that it was very cliquey. and because of it it made me even more quiet. And now being in college about to graduate i'm surrounded by a bunch of mindless idiots, so it makes it even harder to meet someone. I understand that i'm still relatively young, but still... i ust wish something happened, you know?
