I would highly recommend DC. The Grand Hyatt Hotel is no more than 3 blocks from the concert venue (Verizon Center), and there's also a Marriott hotel. Those are the two popular ones. The area around the venue, called Gallery Place, is very nice, especially at night. There's restaurants, a very nice movie theater, retail stores, a Starbucks. Turn the corner and you're in Chinatown. DC has a great, inexpensive, clean, fairly easy to understand subway system (http://www.metroopensdoors.com) which I use constantly. It'll take you anywhere worth going. I couldn't tell you anything about Philadelphia or Boston, except that I'm going to the Philly show too.

Maybe they'll play Cemeteries of London since it'll be Halloween. That would be awesome

I had semi-crap seats on August 3rd, but it didnt matter because I had the time of my life. I can't believe they're coming back to DC
