  1. I watched the match in a movie theatre, and it should've been awesome, but the polarized images somehow were inverted, and nobody realized it until 65 minutes were past. Result: 65 minutes watching a blurry image and 25 minutes wearing my polarized glasses upside down. And guess what? The tickets weren't even close to cheap  But the match was great, no doubt. A few United fans left the room crying, but I was happy at the end, 'cause the best side won.
  2. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: It's funny because it's true :cool:
  3. Like I said, Cristiano Ronaldo only scores against Getafe and Almería. I didn't see him scoring against Barça at the UCL draw. Messi, on the other hand, scored against Real Madrid. One single goal against Real at the UCL is more important than 3 goals against Almería when you can't win the league anymore. And scoring is not the most important thing. Messi is waaaaaaaay better than Cristiano Ronaldo, you simply can't compare them. Well, your best argument so far. But Messi is more important for Barça than Ronaldo is for Real. Barça plays like shit when they don't play with Messi, and that's 'cause you can't replace Messi. He is the one, the best, way ahead everybody else.
  4. Yeah, they sure do: a lot of goals, most of them against crappy teams. I already said that CR doesn't come close to Messi, I don't need to say anything about Pelé, Maradona, Cruyff and alikes. Trying to, even remotely, comparing CR to these names I've said is a crime against fooball. I'm sorry if that offends some of you, but I just don't see Ronaldo being as good as you guys think he is. And trust me, I wish I did, 'cause life is harder when you're the minority.
  5. Euro Cup is an absolutely worthless competition. So is Copa América. The ONLY competition for national teams that matters is the World Cup. With only one starting player that doesn't play at either Real Madrid or Barcelona. [sarcasm]What a league full of great players![/sarcasm] PLEASE, tell me you're talking about Messi and Xavi. If you're talking about them, like I've been saying, they play for Barça: two amazing teams, a few good teams and dozens of crappy teams. I can't imagine Racing Santander beating Newcastle. I just can't.
  6. You can't judge a league only on the number of plausible contenders, but it's certainly the first criteria on the list. Both La Liga and SPL are two-horse races, so they're tied in this criteria. The difference is that the "two horses" in La Liga are two amazing teams, while in SPL they are two crappy teams. You just can't compare SPL to La Liga, but that doesn't mean La Liga is great. La Liga is boring; overall, its quality is low, with two amazing teams, a few good teams and the rest being a pile of shit.
  7. Yep Messi is the best, PERIOD. Cristiano Ronaldo is "just" a very good player, no better and no worse ("I just got looooost" :P) La Liga? Highest quality? Oh please! It's a two-horse race. A league with Mallorca, Getafe and alikes can't be of the highest quality. It just can't.
  8. Playing against La Coruña, Xerez and Almería, sure. Agreed. Like I said, he's not a good player. But yeah, he's a handy asset in some situations.
  9. Crouch is not a good player. Not even close. You're absolutely right. And I know most of you will disagree, but I think the same can be said about Cristiano Ronaldo.
  10. I watched about 30 minutes of this match, then I gave up. What a terrible match. And what a shitty team Braga is. And yet Benfica managed to get knocked out by this team...
  11. 35 years. The last one was the League Cup in 1976.
  12. Daryl is probably in an alcoholic coma by now
  13. At last! I couldn't believe United was about to allow only City fans to celebrate today.
  14. The question answers itself.
  15. Well, this is mine... [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XDpVgniTN8]YouTube - Genesis - Firth of Fifth[/ame] If there's anything like a musical orgasm... well, I've just had one
  16. I don't understand why nobody talks about Oscillate Wildly. It's an amazing piece of music!
  17. One of the worst days in the history of brazilian football, only losing for the 1950 Maracanazo.
  18. What were you saying about bought referee? I think you guys bought him this time. Anyway, we played like shit and deserved to lose. Well played.
  19. In this case there will be further loss. I recommend installing the DirectShow filter from that site, it's way easier than importing each file into Audacity and exporting them to MP3 (but it's obviously your choice).
  20. The best? Genesis, no doubt (quite obvious, btw ) Some of the best: Yes, Pink Floyd, King Crimson, ELP, Supertramp, Black Sabbath, The Smiths, The Police.
  21. OGG is a container that usually is used with Vorbis codec. It's way more efficient than any MP3 codec avaliable. Install THIS and you'll be able to run Vorbis-encoded audio.
  22. Great! :D Hope you enjoy it!
