  1. That would be awesome for the sport. USA is the only G7 country that doesn't have football as its most popular sport (well, there's also Canada, but if it gets popular in EUA, it'll be also popular in Canada, so two birds with one stone ).
  2. Holy mother of God, what was Colts against Chargers? Awful. Peyton Manning made one of the worst matches of his career: THREE interceptions, for Christ's sake!
  3. I'm not sure you can use American Football pitches for football  No, that'd the final of the American Cup of American football. :dozey:
  4. I'd love to see them winning it, but my bet goes to Portugal and Spain. For 2022 I think the best choice is Australia, but think Qatar takes it, since FIFA has been hosting some events at the Middle East. I'm also guessing Uruguay takes 2030, 'cause it'll be the 100th Anniversary of World Cup and the first one was hosted there.
  5. With all the respect, Botafogo played like shit that match. And, surprisingly enough, our 2nd squad played very well. So did I  I watched the last few minutes of this match, and the english commentator said Inter didn't deserve to win by three goals of difference. And, HOLY MOTHER OF GOD, what an awesome match Tottenham vs Liverpool was. COME ON YOU SPURS!!
  6. Bad news: europeans don't know anything about south american football (unless they live here or something like that). But, well, there's me!
  7. I don't know why, but I have a feeling he won't show up anymore

  9. 23 days to the Club World Cup final. C'MON RAFA, HOLD ON FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!!
  10. Does anyone have working links for Tottenham vs. Werder Bremen?
  11. ESPN Brazil says Fabio Capello might replace Rafa Benítez :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: And Zero Hora (a newspaper from my city) says Dunga might replace him :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:
  12. So, I guess the Football League Championship will host the East London Derby next season. YAY, BLOOD!
  13. That's 'cause you haven't watched our latest matches.
  14. Faust said it all. It's a vicious circle: bad politicians fail to create a good educational system. The people stays in ignorance and continue to elect bad politicians.
  15. Considering how bad we've been playing, with Mourinho in charge, I'd be kneeling and praying by now
  16. If he makes past December 18th, I'm happy enough. Don't worry about that. Ever heard the brazilian say "big teams don't get relegated"? That's what happens with both Internacional and Internazionale.
  17. NOOOOO!! For Christ's sake, Rafa MUST STAY!!
  18. Their marketing staff is the best in this country. They lie. They lie about other parties, they promise to do things they don't intend to and they promise not to do things they intend to. They play the dirty game.
  19. If you think THAT is unbelievable, let me tell you a bit 'bout what hapopend in 2005 Brazilian Championship. Referee Edílson Pereira de Carvalho is accused of match fixing. The then-CBF president Luís Zveiter said that only the matches with evidence of fixing would be replayed. Despite Zveiter's previous declaration, all the 11 matches where Carvalho participated were replayed, even though there was no evidence that all of them were fixed. Corinthians, the team that would end up winning it, regained 4 points, while Internacional, the team that I support and that would end up in 2nd, didn't regain any point. Two rounds before the end, Corinthians and Internacional played a match. The match ended 1-1. The referee Márcio Rezende de Freitas (which had already made terrible mistakes at 1995 Brazilian Championship finals and 1999 Brazilian Cup finals) didn't assign a clear penalty made by Corinthians' GK Fábio Costa over Internacional player Tinga, and showed Tinga the red card for simulation (curiously enough, Tévez scored for Corinthians in that match). [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MK7NYLaOnvc]YouTube - Corinthians-MSI x Internacional - Marcio Rezende de Freitas[/ame] Disregarding the replayed matches and assuming Internacional had won the match against Corinthians, Internacional would've ended with 80 points, and Corinthians with 76.
  20. As an unbiased observer, I have to agree with Reilly. I watched Blackpool and Tottenham vs. City matches. City got 4 points, when they deserved none. Can't be luckier than that. Well, moving on: tonight Spurs will play Sunderland at WHL. COME ON YOU SPURS!! And tomorrow there'll be the Manchester derby. I'm hoping it's an wonderful match!
  21. First, I don't like Dilma. I don't think she's ready for it, since she never got elected for anything before. I also dislike the Workers' Party, it's full of corrupted people. Yeah, we have national elections each 4 years, but even when chosen by the people, the same party and the same ideas ruling a country for 12 years in a row is definitely not good.
  22. Manchester Shitty? :P Now, for real, they might beat Juventus. Seriously, Juventus stinks.
  23. Thank God Mourinho left Internazionale. Let's hope Rafa Benítez keeps doing his "wonderful" work, so we can beat them at the Club World Cup :smug: :sneaky:
  24. From now on, there's no mathematical possibility of a turnover. So, it's possible to say that Dilma Rousseff is going to be the president of Brazil from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, the Workers' Party will complete 12 years in our presidente. That's not good.
