  1. Something is bad for some people? Fine! Why don't we just ban it instead of trying to solve the problem? :angry:
  2. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:
  3. SPORT CLUB INTERNACIONAL 3 x 2 Club Deportivo Guadalajara OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wasn't easy. Not at all. But, finally, we won it. HELLO, ABU DHABI!!
  4. 3 hours! :escaping3::cool4:
  5. Oh yeah, it's tomorrow! :lol: Ai, ai, ai, ai, ai Está chegando a hora O dia já vem raiando, meu bem Eu tenho que ir embora
  6. Again, nice match. Not as good as the 1st half, but still a good match. The 2nd half was balances, but Tottenham was better overall. This match shouldn't have ended in 0-0. Tottenham deserved to win. But, like I said, it doesn't matter. They didn't win.
  7. No, thanks. Here in South America we care about European football, ESPN Brasil is showing it :cool: Very nice match! Tottenham played much better than Man City, but they weren't lucky enough to score. By "not lucky", I mean "having an awesome GK in the opponent team". But, just like I said before, football isn't about the best, it's about the winner, and Tottenham is not winning. ;) Let's hope they manage to score in the 2nd half, they deserved.
  8. Wait... there's a match going on NOW?!? I'll watch it.
  9. The south american equivalent has a name. It's called Libertadores da América (America Libertatores). It's played from March to August. It's important to note that here in Brazil (only in Brazil, I think), you don't have that two-year season, a whole season is inside a year. Brazil and Argentina won 9 times either Intercontinental Cup or Club World Cup EACH. While England won it only twice, both times with Man Utd. That seems significant, doesn't it?
  10. Now, that's weird! We really like Club World Cup. In 2006 the team I support won it by beating Barcelona, there are no words to describe how happy I was. 17/12/2010, I'll never forget it. Football is not meant to be fair. Football is not about the best, it is about the winner. In 2006, Barcelona had a way better squad than we did. But that just doesn't matter. We won, and it's our most important honour ever. In the last UEFA Champions League, Barça played Inter in the semi-finals. Barça's squad was better than Inter's squad. But that just doesn't matter. Inter won, Barça lost. Simple as that.
  11. What is a person that thinks football is boring doing in a football thread?
  12. It's really weird you don't care about South American clubs. Do you see my avatar? Well, that's the logo of the club I support, SC Internacional. We qualified to 2010 Club World Cup, and that's something you should care about, since we'll probably face Internazionale in the final.
  13. I don't know how things work there in Europe, but I gotta ask: Do you guys give a damn about South American football? 'Cause here it's possible to watch many european leagues.
  14. Chivas 1 x 2 INTER OH YEAH!! :D Inter played much better than Chivas, we deserved to win. Simple as that. We just need a draw in a sold-out Beira Rio! SEREMOS CAMPEÕES!!
  15. I didn't hear anything about Abbondanzieri playing, so I guess Renan will play again. Let's hope he doesn't do what he did last match :thinking:
  16. Today's the first leg of the finals, Chivas x Inter :o
  17. He doesn't suck at all, he's a good GK. But yeah, he made a terrible mistake. Yet you might be right, maybe it's time for Abbondanzieri again. Thanks guys! I hope we have another star in two weeks! :cool:
  18. São Paulo 2 x 1 Internacional OH YEAH!! Finals and Abu Dhabi, here we come!!
  19. Don't worry about that. Whoever passes from Inter and São Paulo will probably beat Chivas. :smug:

  21. OMG! Chivas in the final! Surely didn't expect this. So, we'll surely have a brazilian in the FIFA Club World Cup.
  22. Thanks! We'll probably need it :cool: I watched a little bit of the match. The second goal was really awesome! Mora, isn't it? In Brazil there isn't how to play both Libertadores and Sudamericana (a few years ago, the champion used to play both).
  23. The four small yellow stars represent 1975, 76 and 79 Brazilian Championship and 1992 Brazilian Cup. The big yellow stars represents 2006 Libertadores Cup, and the big silver star represents the 2006 FIFA Club World Cup.
  24. A few hours before the match between Internacional and São Paulo for Libertadores Cup, the local rivals, Grêmio, play against Goiás for Sudamericana. So, yeah, I'll watch it :smug:
