Yeah, thanks so much for posting this! I can't wait til they start playing The Goldrush soon! :D I've reverted the info on wikicoldplay and re-established Goldrush and DWNC as seperate songs. Are the lyrics in the programme the same as in the Japanese album booklet? You know, for songs like Reign of Love - the lyrics still aren't fully clear to me!

Can't beat the "Give me love over this" moment from Politik! ;) X&Y Talk: "Cause I don't know where I'm going but I wanna talk" (from the older Talk lyrics) VLVODAAHF Lost!: "Just because I'm losing, doesn't mean I'm lost" (always makes me feel good, this line does)

is this also known as "The Goldrush"? or is that a seperate song? and yeah I agree this would have been a good alternate closer for the album!

I really really want Glass of Water after reading the lyrical snippets we got in the booklet :stunned: I tried deciphering them on the wikicoldplay page! it almost seems like that one was canned last second judging by how much it's featured in the booklet. and yeah when is the next single coming out dammit! I'm starving for moar b-sides! :P VLVODAAHF has so far had a distinct lack of b-side songs released compared to the previous three albums, which had like two per single :\ a shame!

it's a bonus track on the Japanese CD as well. if "Lost?" shows up in your library as track 11 then it's likely you got this version of the CD by mistake, or something :shocked2: acoustic Lost is also the b-side to the Violet Hill CD single btw. it was widely available long before the album came out

see, mine is 128kbps ripped in mp3 format through windows media player. I seriously wonder if it's a coincidence that it happens to be (give or take) 42MB big! There's a thread about splitting the songs here: http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46330 I don't have iTunes, so I went with Petey Parker's post a little further down ;)

lol, 42MB! that's actually pretty clever. tho I suppose it would differ when ripped at different bitrates/formats. (mine is actually only 41.9MB, but that may be because I split the combined songs ;))

Yeah, I noticed Glass of Water is particularly prominent in the booklet. Although maybe some of them simply evolved into songs we have now, e.g. the bit about Rainy Day above, Strawberry Swing and Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground, etc.

Which version did you all pick up? I had to look all over the damn store to find the jewel case edition! I'm not a fan of gatefolds :P zzzzzzzzzzzz

I dun get it. What does a song like Warning Sign have to do with people getting shot?

i'm also an aussie waiting it out til June 14th! The only songs i've listened to are VH, ASARY and Lost?. the wait will be soooo worth it :D ...but i'm gonna be pissed if I get to JB-HIFI after work and find they sold out :shocked2:
