Wow I never meant any of this when I said Coldplay weren't big enough to fill U2's spot. I'm not attacking Coldplay, I just believe other acts, primarily The Rolling Stones, deserve to take U2's spot because of their prominence in music history. Both U2 and The Rolling Stones have a long history behind them whereas Coldplay, as big as they may be today (moreso in America than Britain) just don't match. Give them 3 more albums. It's about finding an "appropriate" act to replace U2 as a pyramid stage headliner that reflects the history and integrity of Glastonbury as a festival in it's anniversary year. And I don't think Coldplay have made enough of a mark on the musical landscape in only 10 years that the others have. No disrespect, I would like to see Coldplay as a minor performer at Glasto. But I think 2011 is their time.

Ok. Well for a start it was built up to be something WAY more amazing than it actually was. I thought the end was fitting but I just would have rathered a good vs evil rather than religious crap. Like, everything on the island was way better than this 'sideflash' afterlife.

I just got the Night Train EP in the mail yesterday. Overall its pretty mixed. Half good half bad. Actually, half amazing. Tracks 2,3,4 are so good and the rest is b-side material. Can't get the Stop For A minute chorus out of my head!!!

It's pretty much shaping up as: Jack has to stop Smokey. Smokey can't kill Jack now after the ritual with jacob, but thenagain Jack can't Kill smokey himself because of the rules Jacob passed on. Ordid it just apply to jacob? Easily the 3 biggest characters of the finale: Jack, Smokey and Dessy. My faves so this is insane!!! YES AND MILES IS A F**KING IDIOT FOR RUNNING THROUGH THE JUNGLE BY HIMSELF (Hope he dies)
