Yeah, but sending the postcards to an address that's an educated guess is pretty risky. The post office might've already been told not to deliver letters there that don't have an exact address or something...

Yeah, last night we were discussing sending a letter to Debs. I think we should do that unless we get an absolute confirmed address for the Bakery... Besides, would it hurt to ask her?

Yeah, plus Chelsea has that whole letter worked out! So have we basically decided on sending them individually instead of in one big package, or is that still up in the air?

Hmmm, I'm a bit nervous about sending all of these postcards to an address that we're not 100% sure about... As good as that address sounds, I don't want it to backfire!

Maybe we could just make the butterfly in the logo different colors for different countries? Make it look like the country flag or something... Of course, I have NO idea how to do that!

Yup, same here. The dream made me a little sad, though, because it reminded me that I'll never actually meet them! Unless I figure out a way to find them before SNL...

I'd like to point out that this butterfly can't be too big, as people are already worried about having enough space to write...

WOW, everyone else appeared while I slept! Have I missed anything important, plans-wise? I noticed people discussing how to get the postcards to the bakery... Oh and I know that sending a postcard from the US' East Coast to London takes between 1-2 weeks, depending on how much you want to pay.

I think everyone on this board could co-teach that class! And I agree on the postcard limit. I think a 2-postcard maximum is reasonable. 5 is really a lot, if you think about it!

Of course! It has the art class aspect with the "make your own postcards" part, and the composition aspect with the actual writing of the postcards! You wouldn't need to say anything else in the interview, they'd hire you on the spot.

I just keep imagining the guys actually looking at them, and when they pick up postcards from the pile, they all happen to be from the same person... :P

Unless they cram in their addresses in minuscule handwriting under their signatures :P Yeah, as long as we make it really clear what the purpose is, it should be fine... And as long as it doesn't look like the whole bundle came from like 20 people ;)

That looks good, but I'm a bit worried about not giving any sort of limit on the number of cards... We don't want people sending like 20 in hopes of getting some sort of reply back! Perhaps we should wait and see how high the interest is?

Hmmm... maybe we can combine the first and third paragraphs a little? We definitely need to keep the thanks to the management etc., but maybe some of the other stuff can be mixed together.

I think shipping them in one big package was one of the possibilities, right? I can't even remember anymore :P
