Thursday night random chat (from the PFFA project thread :P )
:( I just searched and found someone's blog saying that at 1AM after the main SNL show, there are always a ton of fans waiting to see the cast... But I'm going to the dress rehearsal, so I don't know what that means for me. Plus they didn't mention the band, just the cast :uhoh: Well, I'm determined! I wonder if getting there way before the rehearsal/ waiting around between the rehearsal and show it'd be easier to see them. How far can they stray? :P And that's ridiculous, Sarah! I've always imagined something like that happening at my school...

hahaha I'm sorry, but that's one of the funniest pictures I've ever seen!! That'd be the story of my life :P . I hope you got a good picture too, though, or I'll be sad... So how did you manage to meet them? *whips out a notepad to take notes*

Thursday night random chat (from the PFFA project thread :P )
Erm... Good to know? Although honestly, I have no idea what I'd do if I somehow met them, especially Chris! The only famous person I love that I've met is JK Rowling, I was 7, and it was at a book signing, so I wasn't taken by surprise. And even then I freaked out

Argh, when did you meet them?!?!? Tell all! And either Jonny's much taller than I thought, or you're substantially shorter than him  I'm still desperately trying to figure out a way to meet them at SNL. But I'm soooo bad at that stuff, I have horrible luck, so all I've come up with is to try to find a stage door for SNL and hang around there for a while! Of course, SNL is on like the 8th floor of an office building, so... I'm pretty lost! :bigcry:

I wasn't planning to do much with my backs, but your template is pretty awesome, so.... :sneaky: (Wow, picture change! That throws off my whole life, Lore :P )

Thursday night random chat (from the PFFA project thread :P )
I want to study Latin and Ancient Rome :wacky: Which means I'll probably end up homeless somewhere, as that doesn't exactly pay much! "Will recite Latin poetry for food"... As long as I'm in London, I don't mind :P And nice postcard template! *steals it*

Thursday night random chat (from the PFFA project thread :P )
Lucky you, I'm in the middle of writing an English essay that's no fun! But I have Monday off, so at least I just have to get through tomorrow :uhoh:

I've just noticed... Why do the three of us end up here in the dead of night, every night? I guess we either have the most to procrastinate about, or we're just incredibly insane. It's probably a mix of both :P

I didn't notice this post, sorry! I think that poll should wait until we get a response from Debs, since she may offer a perfect solution (e.g. an address), or shoot all of our plans down...

Okay, I was just checking :) Monday, unless we somehow hear from Debs incredibly quickly and we can start moving things along...

Are we posting the logos there that were already posted on this thread? Or do those people have to do that themselves?

I highly suggest that you start with "Code of the Woosters", and go from there, seeing as he's written over 90 books. That one is incredible! I think Monday's a good deadline. It's a holiday weekend in the US, so that gives our American users a chance to work :)

Wow... :stunned: We're creepily alike. You're reading my mind! *looks over shoulder to make sure you're not there* Have you ever read PG Wodehouse, speaking of British authors? I guess if you've watched Jeeves and Wooster with Fry and Laurie, you'd know of him...

^^ Um, have you seen the exchange rate between the US dollar and the pound?!?! $2 to the pound, woohoo! When I was living there over the summer it caused a LOT of grief and anxiety :P

WHOA. That sounds like it could've come out of my mouth. Except you'd have to add in The Beatles and Hugh Laurie shows... I've always dreamed of moving to England. ASAP. :P And I'm sure some of our British members will now log on and laugh at us :dozey:

Hmm, I see you deleted any mention of yourself, not just the "wonderful" part. I'm onto you, Lore! SENT?!?! Ahhh! I'm both incredibly excited and scared! ^^Well, his location says "I'm around the corner", so he may be right near the Bakery! ;)

QQHEFWDKNOKMSCWFCI NOOO! I completely forgot the Office was on tonight! :bigcry: And just to be annoying, a bit of proofreading: you wrote " if would be wonderful if you would let us know", and the first word should be it, not if. Yes, I'm crazy, I know. Otherwise, great! As long as no one wants to mention plan C (delivering at a gig). I don't think we need to.

I'll tell you some stories/ show you pictures sometime... It was definitely the best two weeks ever :D Yeah, add as many of our solid plans as we can fit without sounding completely mad. Then she'll know that we've thought about this.... A LOT. Over 50 pages worth of thinking, in fact. :P Ah, I can't believe we're actually sending it *has nervous breakdown*

One comment on the email: we really only ask Debs for an address, but I think we should add that if she has any help/suggestions to offer in general, anything would be great. (An offtopic response to your offftopic response, etc: When I interned, they gave me enough merchandise to fill an entire suitcase - we had to pay extra baggage charges :P I also got a personal tour of Abbey Road Studios... Incidentally, they have Parachutes hanging on the wall in the waiting area there :D )

offtopic response: Tell me about it! The Beatles are my life... I have a whole bookshelf full of Beatles books, and I even had an internship at Apple Corps! At least we have... Coldplaymania?

We'll just emphasize that we understand it's their office and private space, and we don't plan to disturb them, we just want to give this gift to the band. It's not like we're staking out the place and going all Beatlemania on their asses :P
