I love all of the songs, but if pressed to rank them it would go like this... Ok, this doesn't work. I equally love some of the songs so ... First place is shared between my favorites of the album - A Sky Full of Stars(amazing happy dance song), Ink(happy and edgy 'modern' song), True Love(true love poem) and O(even truer love poem). Second place - Magic(Upbeat and energetic), Another Arms(great sing along dark song, similar to Major Minus in style), Oceans(classic Coldplay) Third Place - Always in my Head(great intro), Midnight(experimental).

I' dont really agree...think the song is about love There's a wild wind blowing Down the corner of my street Every night there the headlights are glowing There's a cold war coming on the radio I heard Baby, it's a violent world (there's something coming , something negative, to their life. "to his corner" - to his house. But every night there's comfort and the lovely atmosphere - headlight are glowing, and all is beautiful. Thats what defines home for him - glowing headlights) Oh love, don't let me go! Won't you take me where the streetlights glow? I can hear it coming I can hear the siren sound Now my feet won't touch the ground (Now he doesn't want to be separated, its like the shout from the heart - "dont let me go". and a hope, take me to my home! "lets go back to the start". However he realises that something is coming, it is really close now - remember the songs "warning sign", "hardest part". Last line is probably about being in love, to that extent, that nothing else matters - 'give me love over that') Time came a-creeping Oh, and time's a loaded gun Every road is a ray of light It goes oooooonnnn... Not really right place for the topic, but still wanna reply.. First of all, the anectode told about asians hunting to feed greedy american lacks that fact, that , in reality, that american had given asians tools to use, weapons, taught them all necessary skills and organised them. THAT was his job. Stop watching it after a while - too many persuation. Dramatic music, etc. Hate that stuff. Just regular left wing ideas... boring :thinking:

Tried more Radiohead - no deal :)...... Hm, Snow Patrol is good, yeah, but their last album - still deciding, whether to get it or not.. Lifehouse, know only one song... may be worth giving a try. Sigur Ros - nice!!!

Oh, thank you so so much guys :)... Ok, my list to try out so far is : Travis, Keane, Rifles, Kooks, Muse. Maybe give one more chance to Green Day No Radiohead - dont like the sound much :(.. Im really surprised that noone here listens to u2 ;)

what album would you recommend to start with?

Please help me!! Love Coldplay with all my heart, but is there any other band I can love even close? :) I mean, 95 percent of all the music I listen is Coldplay.:laugh3:.and I decided to give a go to some other rock band. I occasionaly listen to hard rock, Placebo, Offspring, rock-pop like Robbie Williams, Timberlake (yeah!) and Rob Thomas... But any other rock band?:cool: Tried U2, not really... I think lyrics are not my type.. What album should I give a go? they have so many..:dozey: Oasis - big no! couple of good songs, rest is too noisy, not touching..:\ Green Day - good, like it actually, but its more like punk - rock..:confused: Maybe Keane? tried couple of songs now, pretty good!!
