Thanks for clearing it up for me too! I saw both versions and I ended up with the gatefold, mostly because of space constraints. :P

Got the UK edition in a shop for about RM44.90 (do your own math), the one where Amazon.com says it comes in a "gatefold wallet sleeve", whatever that means.

I finally saw the episode (on the website, not via torrents)... not bad. Pretty hilarious. Loved that they did two songs. I can watch the full episodes of both Daily Show and Colbert Report from Malaysia! :D Anyone ripped the videos from the Comedy Central site? There's nothing on YouTube since Viacom's just about taken everything down....
