  3. aaaw that's so bad!! Football is the best sport ever!! In South America more than a sport is a passion! We really love football here, so you're welcome to talk about football with us whenever you want! :D
  4. Rio Grande Do Sul was part of Uruguay I think many many many years ago :P:P thanks for the support Navegador!! :D
  5. Yes, it sounds weird  But there is always a guest in this cup, this time it was going to be Japan, but they couldn't come, so Costa Rica was called :P
  6. Someone posted here with a strange profile name and it seems he or she deleted his or her posts...
  7. Colombia has a strong team actually, but didn't play that well. Costa Rica played a little more than the half of the match with one player less. And actually Costa Rica has no interest at all of winning the Copa America, they entered this Cup because Japan was going to come but they didn't because the earthquake thing so Costa Rica was called to participate. They had no interest on winning this match despite of some chances they had to score a goal. They want to qualify for Brazil 2014 World Cup.
  8. ^yeah, I agree with you! :) Match has just finished.. Colombia won 1 - 0 against Costa Rica. Not a fun match to watch at all :P
  9. I know :P just joking :) I hope so :) Yeah, i've heard that too... the Argentinian press is saying the same thing actually. But I don't know if it is true. If it is, I think it's a bad decision from the coach because Argentina is not Barcelona, they have different kind of game and very different players. Argentina is not Messi...
  10. First half just finished. Right after the goal.
  11. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL DE COLOMBIAAA Colombia 1 - 0 Costa Rica
  12.
  13. Red card for Brenes (Costa Rica) after a really bad foul against a colombian player. Costa Rica stays with 10 players...
  14. Great!! Congrats!! :D
  15. Yeah, I'll post the results here :) They are tied 0 - 0, 16 minutes of the first half ;) I think the same. That is the main reason for me that Messi doesn't play the same in his national team than in Barca. I think it happens in every team, players actually play more matches in other countries with other teams than in their national team. That's why Tabarez (Uruguay's trainer) is making a good job with Uruguay's national team, he's working on that matter. He is training them thinking as a team and not as the individualities we have. I think that's the reason why we were 4th at the world cup :)
  16. Here are some great, and funny tv commercials for Uruguay for the Copa America :D : This video was filmed in Ghana, and the Ghaneses talk about the match of Uruguay - Ghana, beautiful people the Ghaneses, really funny :P : [ame= ] [/ame] And this one talks about an uruguayan guy who is going to a match against Argentina but when he arrives to the stadium he realises that there are no tickets left so he buys a ticket to get to the Argentina's crowd  and then Uruguay scores a goal and he can't celebrate it, but he just can't help it  very funny too :P: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A597f51sdPg]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A597f51sdPg[/ame]
  17. Yeah, i'm going to watch it now on the tv :D That's right, I knew Lithuania best for basketball than football :P Messi is a very good player, but I don't know why he doesn't play as good as in Barcelona when he plays at his national team :\ In the world cup he didn't play as good as it was expected though
  18. Colombia vs Costa Rica starts in 20 minutes. Both will play against Argentina in the next days.
  19. It's a good tactic :D I didn't know any of those teams :surprised: People here only talk about teams from England, Spain, Italy, Germany, and some of France and Portugal :\ is good to know about more national leagues that are not the most important :D. Here the most known teams are Peñarol and Nacional, but we don't have good stadiums. The biggest stadium is the Centenario but it's old and needs some reparations. Peñarol is going to build a stadium this or next year, but I don't think it will be that big  I realised you are a fan of Barca and Messi because of your sig  :D
  20. ^ For a moment I thought that was Brazil's national team  I don't know any football team from Lithuania :embarrassed: which team of your country are you fan of?? :)
  21. :D I've never seen Lithuania national team :\ We played against Estonia a few days ago and we won 3 - 0 :P Is lithuania playing to classify to the Euro 2012??
  22. Or Uruguay :D :D :D :vuvuzela: :vuvuzela:
  23. Actually it gets boring if Brazil keeps winning every tournament, they already have a team who won the Copa Libertadores, that's enough  Plus I believe their national team is not as good as it was 4 or 5 years ago. ;)
  24. So today play Colombia - Costa Rica at Estadio 23 de Agosto (see first page for a picture of the stadium :)). They play at 15.00 hs (Argentina time).
