That's a good looking guitar, and I say that as someone who's not usually a fan of Sunburst, it sounds like you really want a Tele so I would say go for it, if you get something else you will only think damn I should have got a Tele,I love Strats but the only thing I've found that I don't like is they go out of tune too quickly!

Well most of the house I like is just n Electro House compilations I've downloaded, in regards to the Black Keys Magic Potion is a great album and a good place to start. My main influences in my playing are Hendrix and John Frusciante, I have a very varied taste in music but favourite bands would be: Joy Division, The Smashing Pumpkins,Led Zep,RHCP,Depeche Mode,The Black Keys, Blondie,obviously the Jimi Hendrix Experience and John Frusciantes solo work, also love alot of House music, how about you?.

I've never liked any of their work really but was of the same sort of viewpoint as you. What instrument(s) do you play by the way?.
