  1. Mhmm, massage!! YES! Didn't have one for aaaaaages!
  2. Pris, print some money!! :idea2:  Thanks Lore, I'll leave soon. I guess the place will be packed as it's a free concert... But no desire on my side to be at the front for a change haha. You're talking about sports activities... nothing for me! I ruined my knees in my teens with ballet, so anything that strains the knees is "forbidden" for me anyways! I'd be the one spending the day in the sauna and wellness area then while you are outside in the cold and fall on your bums
  3. Are you making fun of me?? I'm not that much a stalker to hang out there for the 4 days I'm in London in November if you're hinting about that... Been there with Frank 2 weeks ago and we watched the night falling over London with all the streetlights etc. I always wanted to go there. So many movies have a scene that was filmed around the benches on Parliament Hill, so I didn't want to go there because of Coldplay only. The opportunity just hadn't come until last month... I've been to Primrose Hill before and there you already have a nice view over London. Or another place I liked was Greenwich. But Parliament Hill really is a place where you can sit down on one of the benches, look over London and realise that it's suddenly quiet around you.
  4. Maggy, have a look here: http://www.post.be/site/nl/residential/letters-cards/prices/world.html
  5. Don't believe that! It's just slightly more expensive than a regular postcard!
  6. You're all so lucky to have internet access at places where you actually shouldn't  So are you in a computer room at school then? They had that in the college near Leicester when I went to the boarding school there... was my first contact with the internet! Oh those old times! I miss internet at work sometimes but then I think I would probably stop caring about customers haha. I read last night that your parents are fine with you going to a concert... I'm so happy about that.
  7. I missed the last singalong... so we DEFINITELY have to do it again! Give me a beer and I'll sing the Scientist backwards :laugh3:
  8. Hi Pris and Lore! Don't run away! How are you girls?
  9. http://gocalifornia.about.com/cs/sandiego/l/bl_sd_temp.htm?rd=1 :stunned: I wanna live there!! This is not what I would call "winter"... awesome. Do you know the movie "The Holiday" where Kate Winslet swaps houses with a woman from LA over Christmas? I love the scene in the taxi where she enjoys the sunshine.
  10. Joe, you promised you'd come back!! Let's do the pub crawl then again! :drunk:
  11. I have to go to the supermarket and afterwards I'll go to a free concert  The band has many popular songs here in Germany and it'll be a surprise to see what they're like live. I'm not a fan but there's no harm in having a look! It's quite chilly here however as soon as the sun is gone... guess you have still good weather in SD, Joe? I'm so jealous!! I love the summer...
  12. I was too slow again... I have some olive bread here, wanna come over? Rania, I have coffee as well! You're both invited! :)
  13. Mhmm, yes, they're not THAT known  But they're around for the same time than CP is! Since about 1999/2000. Hi Joe!! Are you "working" again? :P
  14. Hi Rania! I'm here for a bit! Will go to a fest later with a concert... Do you know Reamonn? They will play there and as I have a day off and it doesn't cost anything - I thought I'd go :) How are you?
  15. Oh this is so soon already! Have fun, guys! And I'm totally in for a pub crawl in November *hint* :D ... or a bottle of white wine on Parliament Hill! :idea2: It's so beautiful there.
  16. Wow, pure luck I've seen your post. I stopped following this thread recently... There was one guy wearing it in Wembley stadium as well! You can order it at the best site for movie geeks: http://www.lastexittonowhere.com/
  17. Oh I agree! I wonder what's his secret how he gets them on... or off! :)
  18. Good night, Rania! I'll do the same, the tumble dryer is done... I was waiting for it to finish  Have a nice evening/night/day everyone and talk to you soon!
  19. Oh and Noelia!!! Please don't forget until February to make that banner! I did a catch-up in this thread and loved the "broke because of Coldplay" line! :laugh4:
  20. How cool is that!?!?!?   Now go and make some money! :whip: Don't cry! It's all good!
  21. My mother still can't pronounce "Coldplay" correctly but she's conditioned to turn up the volume when they come on radio or television!
  22. My mother can't decide "which side she's on"... When I told her after Paris that the next gigs are in Nijmegen, she said "Oh my cousin lives not far from there, you could stay overnight there and the journey to go there is nice" :stunned: She sees how happy those trips made me, so I guess she's secretly on my side  10,000 in 15mins?? :shocked2: Wow! Guess you'll have to constantly press F5 10mins before the tickets go online then! But [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMAmF2diYp0]YouTube - Tom Petty - It'll All Work Out[/ame] I'm sure!!
