I mentioned earlier that I sent my card already two weeks ago but I haven't had any feedback. Honestly I also think that the person who's getting my card is probably not really active on this forum at the moment, so that could be the reason. Then again, it's still 2 weeks to X-mas so just don't panic, they will all reach their destinations :) And bear in mind, that many people only sent their cards off in the past few days and taking in consideration that the mail slows a lot down during the festive season it may take a bit longer until you get your letter :( That's why I sent my stuff early :D I wouldn't want my match receiving it literally one day before X-mas ;)

^ Normal würde ich sagen ... Kommt drauf an, WO in Kanada!? Provinz oder Großstadt?! Eine meiner Karten hat 2 Wochen (!!!) nach Singapur gebraucht! Und das ist ja nun mal eine Direktverbindung nach Australien usw. Da fliegen mehrmals am Tag Frachtmaschinen hin. Hätte mit 'ner Woche gerechnet, aber 2 Wochen?!? Gut, dass ich die Karte schon so früh eingesteckt habe :)

Interesting thought :) BUT ... then other people would be complaining, who are not able to spend so much money on tickets but who were willing to support this charity by buying tickets for a 'normal' price. If the ticket prices were higher, then the whole event could end up to be another one of these 'High Society' parties, where people are rather interested to sip on their champagne instead of enjoying 3 musical acts :) ;)

Lucky?? Or dedicated? :sneaky: I would rather say, probably mad, insane & crazy ... You only live once and music has always been one of the most important things in my life. Sounds dramatic, but I just love it :) And I doubt that you can call it lucky when you spend half a fortune on travelling/concert tickets ;) But I really enjoy it and nobody can ever take the memories away from me :) It keeps me young in a way. Yep and in case I ended up with tickets, I would hop over to London for a shorttrip, meet a friend and then go down to Exeter with her to attend the gig :)

I was thinking about something like that earlier on as well. :confused: At least maybe a tiny share of tickets. But since the total amount of tickets is so very small, it probably would be unfair to everyone else ... so the same right to everyone, I reckon?! ;) I should really shut up myself. I've had MORE than my fair share of CP this year, so I should really queue at the very end :laugh3:

This is honestly a real pity :( I was hoping that at least of few people from the forum would be lucky to get tickets in the presale. I highly doubt that the HMV ticketing (online of course) will be better luck :(

Ganz ehrlich?? :( Ich fand' den Hype um 'Keinohrhasen' völlig übertrieben und irgendwie grundlos. Hab' den Film damals nicht im Kino gesehen (irgendwie schaffe ich es nie ins Kino in die Filme, die ich sehen will :laugh3: ) und mir dann irgendwann die DVD gekauft. Ich war masslos enttäuscht von dem Film irgendwie :confused: Von daher weiss ich jetzt noch nicht so recht, ob ich mir 'Zweiohrküken' wirklich antun soll? Vermutlich werde ich den Film erst sehen, wenn's die DVD irgendwo billig für EUR 7,99 gibt :laugh3: Okay ... soviel dazu, aber nun erstmal einen guten Morgen! :)

We will see :) I could understand that UK-people would get a little frustrated when even non UK-residents tried to get tickets, so I am totally cool about it all. If I am lucky, then I am extremely happy and over the moon - if not, then I have Mexico to look forward to :)

Well, a friend of mine who's not a 'die-hard' CP fan and not on the forum promised me to do his best to help out. I was asking him whether he wanted to go as well (he's a big concert-goer but unfortunately failed at WarChild to get tickets). In case he isn't going (and in case an ID isn't required) I would ask him to not only get two tickets for my friend and myself but two more spares to give away. :confused: I'd really like to go but I reckon' I won't have such big luck twice ;)

Yep :D Ist doch meine Lieblingsfarbe ;) Naja ... liegt natürlich auch mit daran, dass es sich um Pistazientaler handelt und im Teig 100 g zerquetschte Pistazien sind, die dem Teig 'ne herrlich grüne Farbe geben ;)

Ich hab's tatsächlich geschafft *strahl* Mein erster (grüner) Teig steht derzeit im Kühlschrank und wartet darauf, weiter verarbeitet zu werden :) In der Zwischenzeit gönne ich mir ein Tass Kaff und geniesse die Marzipantasche und das Schmalzgebäck, das ich vorhin auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt gekauft habe. Vielleicht sollte ich ja noch 'ne zweite Sorte Kekse backen? Shortbread Fingers vielleicht - nach schottischer Tradition :D

Exactly ... ;) The pity is, now my friend has to try the best to get tickets. If we end up with tix I hope I will still be getting a reasonable flight ... :confused: I really hope many Coldplayers get the chance to get some tickets. Exeter is quite a way for most people as it's so far down to the south ... :(
