Yep, ach Du Scheisse, so günstig :laugh3: Ich habe meinen Flug von HH - Ffm - Mexico - Ffm - HH auch damals über ein Lufthansa Special gebucht (war im Oktober glaube ich) und zahle für den Flug insgesamt nur EUR 470,-. Dieser Flug ist natürlich noch billiger, da ich aber früher fliege und noch Urlaub in Cancun mache, wäre meine Flug jetzt in dem Special wiederum teurer ... ;) Was mich an der ganzen Sache halt nur so fürchterlich erstaunt ist der Preis. Klar, es gibt Billigangebote nach London usw. aber Mexico ist ja 'ne Ecke weiter und dafür sind die EUR 400,- ja nun wirklich mehr als ein Lachsack ... :stunned: Allerdings muss auch ich zugeben, dass mein Trip im Ganzen auch den finanziellen Rahmen sprengen wird ... ;) Da werde ich sicherlich auch hinterher noch ein paar Monate ein paar Raten abstottern dürfen ;) Aber das ist es mir vollkommen wert :) Glaube nicht, dass ich sonst in Erwägung gezogen hätte, jemals nach Mexico zu fliegen, wenn es nicht wg. der CP Konzerte gewesen wäre :D

Ach komm' .... ;) Klar, alles in allem ist es trotzdem 'ne Stange Geld, die da zusammen kommt, das gebe ich gern zu :confused: Aber wenn man sich das wirklich mal explizit vor Augen führt: Frankfurt - Mexico City - Frankfurt mit Lufthansa für nur EUR 400,-!!! Und falls wer sagt, ich muss aber noch nach Ffm hinkommen, checkt mal z. B. ab Hamburg oder München bzw. Berlin. Für Hamburg waren es nur EUR 17,- mehr. :stunned: Sollen heissen, es wäre ein Zubringerflug ab Hamburg nach Frankfurt :) Ebenfalls mit Lufthansa :D See you in Mexico?!?! ;) :cool:

Übrigens noch was ... Lufthansa hat z. Zt. wieder ein Special ( http://www.lufthansa.com) : Mexico-City ab Frankfurt Zu Buchen bis zum 19.01.2010, fliegen bis zum 15.03.2010. Und ich habe mal geschaut, Hinflug 04.03.2010 - Rückflug 09.03.2010 = EUR 400,- Plus ... Konzertkarten für Mexico-City soll es sogar noch geben, erst gestern wurde im MC Thread gepostet, dass es sogar noch Tickets für General A = Golden Circle gibt ... Wollt' ich nur mal mitteilen. Vielleicht hat ja der eine oder die andere noch ein bisschen Taschengeld übrig bzw. Urlaubstage zur Verfügung ... ;)

Lore & Alison did an amazing job :) All the matches were sent out to every participant by early/mid November, so way in advance. They did everything they could and they are definitely not to blame - NO WAY! :cry: Surely there are some countries where deliveries take longer and people living in 'remote' areas may have to wait a little longer also. BUT ... honestly I think it's also a bit unfair if people send their cards out only one week to christmas as everyone knows that it will take more than a week to get from South America to Scandinavia maybe or the other way round, esp. given because of the holidays! Some people said they were too busy with studies aso. BUT these people should have either considered from stepping back from it all when they knew they wouldn't have time for it or BETTER, they should have emailed Lore or Alison telling them they were too busy to send a card in time and therefore maybe finding someone to replace them ;) Hopefully that makes sense ... :laugh3: I don't want to come across as mean, but people really had enough time to prepare stuff for it. If you don't feel like having time for this, better not take part. Nobody expected a time consuming handmade card/gift/whatever. I am pretty sure, the people now missing out/still waiting would have loved getting a shop purchased X-Mas card from your country, maybe with greetings in a foreign language and some exotic stamps on the envelope :) That's what it's all about. And this wouldn't have taken too much time ... :( Sorry, but I am a bit disappointed. Not for those who really posted their stuff early and are now tricked by slow postal service aso. But I assume quite a few didn't even send a card to their match or did it way too late. Okay, I had to rant ... sorry :embarassed:

Well, in 2003 Coldplay still belonged to that sort of music, they weren't 'mainstream' back then. I highly doubt that they would play in Scheessel or that the organisers would approach CP to play there ... ;) Either way, it's just fake news ;)

That's someone's WISHLIST maybe, but the Hurricane is mostly for 'alternative' stuff no way Depeche Mode & Coldplay will be performing there ... :laugh3: Nice try!! And it's in Germany in Scheessel, between Hamburg and Bremen. ;)

Happy New Year/Happy New Decade an alle :) Hier ein paar Bilder, die letzte Nacht bei mir auf dem Balkon entstanden sind. Strafe für diese Pics war ein Eisbein, das ich mir geholt habe, denn nachdem ich mit Stativ und Kamera eine Stunde lang auf dem Balkon stand war mein linker Oberschenkel für eine ganze Zeit lang nicht mehr zu spüren :( Ein bisschen unscharf, aber trotzdem irgendwie schön :) Und nun ein Foto, bei dem ich irgendwie ein bisschen das Gruseln bekomme. Sieht spooky und auch mysterious aus ... :stunned:

Wow, that's in fact pretty short but let's face it ... as it is a festival and as they don't have that much stuff they could actually 'perform' I didn't even expect a full concert/show like Coldplay/a-ha would do ... ;) Will go there nevertheless, means it will be an early night for me as well :laugh3: Driving to Berlin won't take that long and therefore it's okay :)

Hier glücklicherweise noch kein Schnee. Habe morgen und Donnerstag frei und fahre mit meiner Mum noch einkaufen. Die rief heute bei mir in der Firma an und meinte, wir sollten morgen sehr früh los wegen der Schneewarnung usw. :laugh3: Ich seh's locker. Glaube erst, dass wir Schnee kriegen wenn's tatsächlich schneit. Und rechne irgendwie auch nicht damit, dass es tatsächlich so schlimm wird. Auf der anderen Seite ... wenn's es tatsächlich richtig dicke Flocken werden und für Stunden schneit und dann der Wind dazu, den wir hier z. Zt. haben ... naja, kann schon heftig werden ;) Zumindest ist es hier in meiner Wohnung irgendwie tierisch kalt bzw. fusskalt. :( Dabei läuft die Heizung schon auf 'volle Pulle'. Nützt natürlich nicht wirklich viel, wenn die Wohnung komplett unterkellert ist :laugh3:

Mentioned it before, you can add me to the list of the replacements ;) I'd gladly send out some 'Happy New Year' cards to some people :) And btw. Lore, in case you've sent one to me as well, I am part of the half who didn't receive your cards yet ;) Also nice to see that you picked up the idea with the leash Lore :D Haven't updated mine as I have received some more cards since I took a picture last time ;)
