What does being democrat have to do with this? I should put up an scenario where the people in the street are whites and not blacks. I wonder now who are really the less fortunate.

I was reading this article about attacks on homeless people. It's kind of disturbing. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/08/us/08homeless.html?pagewanted=all I really don't get it. Why would someone do that to a homeless person?
