Extra pounds?? She is way too thin! What an example is this for young girls, who want to be just like her :( I like Gwyneth, but she shouldn't spread rubbish like this, and she should be aware of the fact that she is a role model for a lot of young girls. I agree. How do we know she actually tried it, or if she is being paid big money to spread the word? I took a quick look at that site, and it looks like you need to take pills to follow this program? How can she promote something like this? This is so commercial. And cheap. It 'cures' everything that most people suffer with: weight, depression... So everyone thinks: I need to try this. All about the money... Don't like it either.
