CIA closes unit for capturing bin Laden
Hmmm, well, I'm not 100% sure but I have read and heard many times that people believe him to be already dead. Prehaps even before September 2001. This is thought to be why he truly looks like someone else in the so-called "confession tape". I mean it has to be someone else in that video.....I'm just looking at it now again....somethings not right. Now, I know this goes against the release of 'his videos' - but what seems like a new video is actually just new audio with older video footage. So, I'm not going with this one 100% but maybe around 70-80%.

Private MP's Investigation Into The Death Of David Kelly
Video: Investigation Into The Death Of David Kelly Scoop | July 5 2006 British LibDem MP Norman Baker is now two months into a private, year-long investigation into the death of Dr David Kelly, the scientist who found himself under siege after apparently accusing the government of ‘sexing up’ the case for war to a BBC journalist. David Kelly was an employee of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence (MoD), an expert in biological warfare, and a former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq. His talk with a journalist about the British government's dossier on weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Iraq inadvertently caused a major political scandal, and he was found dead days after appearing before a Parliamentary committee investigating it. The Hutton Inquiry, a public inquiry into his death, ruled that he had committed suicide. Now a British LibDem MP Norman Baker is two months into a private, year-long investigation into the suspicious death. The Hutton Inquiry, framed as a battle between the government and the BBC, failed to probe the manner in which Dr David Kelly met his death. Suicide was largely assumed, but peculiar elements to the death, e.g. the blunt gardening knife found at the scene, the fact that only a single ulnar artery was transected, the lack of blood splattering, and the tiny amount of co-proxamol residue found in Dr Kelly’s stomach point up the need for closer scrutiny. In a debut TV appearance on the subject screened Sunday July 2 2006 - GMTV’s ‘The Sunday Programme’ - Mr Baker invited those with relevant information to contact him. He will be producing a report or book on his findings next year, but his stated aim is above all to arrive at the truth. The programme will be followed by a major new article from Norman Baker in the Mail on Sunday to coincide with the third anniversary of Dr Kelly's death. Video here or here

CIA closes unit for capturing bin Laden
CIA closes unit for capturing bin Laden Jerusalem Post | July 4 2006 The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) closed the unit charged with catching Osama bin Laden and his senior deputies, The New York Times reported on Tuesday. Established in 1996 and known as "Alec Station," the unit was dismantled at the end of 2005 and its employees reassigned in the CIA Counter-terrorist Center; however, its dissolution was publicly announced only recently. The decision was a milestone for the agency and indicates a significant change in perspective regarding bin Laden's place in Al Qaida in particular and in the international terrorist infrastructure in general. Whereas the belief until now was that Al Qaida was a purely hierarchical organization and that killing off its leader would put an end to its activity, the new reality required the agency to change its assumptions. Currently, the CIA's main concern is small, scattered terrorist groups which, although influenced by Al Qaida, operate entirely independently and don't receive their instructions directly from bin Laden. Senior CIA members emphasized that catching bin Laden is still a priority, and that closing the unit does not signify the total neglect of that goal. "The efforts to find Osama bin Laden are as strong as ever," said CIA spokeswoman Jennifer Millerwise Dyck. "This is an agile agency, and the decision was made to ensure greater reach and focus." I only wish we could see proof of bin ladens workings, if they are so sure.

:laugh1: I actually don't need to sit here and argue with YOU. In my daily life I change the opinion of more and more people every day.- Ex G.I. Accused of Murder and Rape in Iraq
MORE REPORTS.............FROM THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS GIs may have planned Iraq rape, slayings Associated Press/RYAN LENZ | July 1 2006 BEIJI, Iraq - Investigators believe a group of U.S. soldiers suspected of raping an Iraqi woman, then killing her and three members of her family plotted the attack for nearly a week, a U.S. military official said Saturday. Up to five soldiers are being investigated in the March killings, the fifth pending case involving alleged slayings of Iraqi civilians by U.S. troops. The Americans entered the Sunni Arab's family home, separated three males from the woman, raped her and burned her body using a flammable liquid in a cover-up attempt, a military official close to the investigation said. The three males were also slain. The soldiers had studied their victims for about a week and the attack was "totally premeditated," the official said on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing. The family had just moved into the home in the insurgent-riddled area around Mahmoudiya, 20 miles south of Baghdad. The U.S. military issued a terse statement about the killings Friday, saying only that Maj. Gen. James D. Thurman, commander of the 4th Infantry Division, ordered a criminal investigation into the alleged slaying of a family of four in Mahmoudiya. U.S. officials said they knew of the deaths but thought the victims were killed in sectarian violence. But Mahmoudiya police Capt. Ihsan Abdul-Rahman said Iraqi officials received a report on March 13 alleging that American soldiers had killed the family in the Khasir Abyad area, about 6 miles north of Mahmoudiya. There were some discrepancies over how many soldiers were being investigated. The U.S. military official said it was at least four. Two other U.S. officials said Friday that five were under investigation but one already had been discharged for unspecified charges unrelated to the killings and was believed to be in the United States. The four still in the Army have had their weapons taken away and were confined to a U.S. base near Mahmoudiya, officials said. If convicted of premeditated murder, the soldiers could receive a death sentence under U.S. military law. The suspects were from the 502nd Infantry Regiment and belonged to the same platoon as two soldiers kidnapped and killed south of Baghdad this month, another official close to the investigation said Friday. The soldiers' mutilated bodies were found June 19, three days after they were abducted by insurgents near Youssifiyah southwest of Baghdad. The military has said one and possibly both of the slain soldiers were tortured and beheaded. The official said the mutilation of the slain soldiers stirred feelings of guilt and led at least one member of the platoon to reveal the rape-slaying on June 22. One soldier was arrested after admitting his role in the alleged attack on the family, the official said on condition of anonymity because the case was under way. The official said the rape and killings appeared to have been a "crime of opportunity," noting that the soldiers had not been attacked by insurgents but had noticed the woman on previous patrols. One of the family members they allegedly killed was a child, said a senior Army official who also requested anonymity because the investigation is ongoing. The senior official said the alleged incident was first revealed by a soldier during a routine counseling-type session. The official said that soldier did not witness the incident but heard about it. A second soldier, who also was not involved, said he overhead soldiers conspiring to commit the crimes and then later saw bloodstains on their clothes, the official said. The allegations of rape could generate a particularly strong backlash in Iraq, a conservative, strongly religious society in which many women will not even shake hands with men who are not close relatives. The case is among the most serious against U.S. soldiers allegedly involved in the deaths of Iraqi civilians. At least 14 U.S. troops have been convicted. Last week, seven Marines and one Navy medic were charged with premeditated murder in the shooting death of an Iraqi man near Fallujah west of Baghdad. U.S. officials are also investigating allegations that U.S. Marines killed two dozen unarmed Iraqi civilians Nov. 19 in the western town of Haditha in a revenge attack after a fellow Marine died in a roadside bombing. Other cases involve the deaths of three male detainees in Salahuddin province in May, the shooting death of an unarmed Iraqi man near Ramadi in February and the death of an Iraqi soldier after an interrogation at a detention camp in Qaim in 2003. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060701/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq_us_investigation- Israel / Lebanon / Iran / Syria - Middle East conflict!

About the Pentagon - I already have said that maybe a plane did hit the building but the with holding of information is possibly on purpose. It's in another post I wrote. Hey, all your posts don't mention why infact the towers fell like a controlled demolition? Why bombs went off at the base of the towers well before the collapse? Why you can see blast points as the towers fell? Why molten steel was found in the basement? Why steel from the site has been found to have the residual properties of a Thermate reaction, which is used to cut steel like butter? Why the steel was dragged away and sold to China as scrap even before any investigation had started? Why bomb sniffing dogs were removed from the building in the weeks leading up to 9/11? Why building 7 was destroyed by controlled demolition? Why the twin towers fell at free-fall speeds? (every floor that collapsed should have caused resistance) You don't really need to post your stuff.........it's the all in the 'official' report.....which is proven to be misleading.- Hey! Remember this guy!! Osama's new video...

Your a real dick sometimes, man. From previous posts, I can see she really loves her country.... I love America...it's a fantastic, beautiful country, with the possibility to do great things. Unfortunatly, the USA has a corrupt section of the Government and it's SO obvious that it's beyond me how anyone can defend them..?? A real American should be able to smell the rats. So start sniffing.- North American Union is Replacing the USA *Updated*
Propaganda, from who?- Hey! Remember this guy!! Osama's new video...
It's always going to say "sources say that it is him" isn't it. Hey, I'm not 100% sure if he is still alive or not......either way, he is used to put fear in the minds of the masses.- Al-Qaeda 'increased threat to UK'
....Whenever it's raised or lowered for some reason (normally "credible evidence" or some other vague explanation) you do....hey....we have US News channels on TV over here to you know. ;) Near september 11th 2006 it will surely be raised....as will ours in a few days.- Hey! Remember this guy!! Osama's new video...
Yeah, but it just goes to show that by calling it a NEW video, people automatically think he is still alive and well.......that he is a threat......when infact in the AUDIO it might not even be him at all. - Israel / Lebanon / Iran / Syria - Middle East conflict!
