Anyways, I've listened to the album several times and I think each track is a grower. Every time I listen I find something new in each track. The album is a little different from what I expected, but overall it has some really great songs and is a really solid album. :D

Why can't people just like Radiohead AND U2, Oasis and Coldplay and not argue over who is better?? :confused:

I wish a lot of people would understand how long it really takes to record an album ESPECIALLY at the caliber of Coldplay. Just think about it. Going into recording an album with nothing. Even if you have tons of ideas, it can still take forever to sift through them and find what you want to use. Completing one song could take weeks. So I think they are still on good time.

I think they'll announce the album release date before the festivals and maybe play one or two new songs from it and then shortly after the festivals, they'll release it. :thinking:

If Coldplay is performing or releasing an album, people (including myself) will ALWAYS be there. Coldplay can go on as long as they want because people will still be seeing their shows and buying their music.
