I wonder if he likes Coldplay..." so i went in there just to ask him if he liked coldplay. :) he did and he laughed at me for walking in only to ask him that. :D ahh i meant to quote the starbucks comment

when you make a powerpoint for english about analogies and make one: Chris Martin is to singer as Guy Berryman is to bassist then put a pic of each of them on the slide. you then discover that your teacher printed it and posted it in the hallway. when you walk by it and see them you scream sooo loud even though YOU made it. :D hahaha ^ true story. my friends thought i was insane. seriously, how the hell will i respond when i see them in person?!? (AUGUST 6TH :D) thennnn you know youre addicted to coldplay when somebody calls chris martin a faggot and you slap them in the face. :)

this is late sorry but i would just like to say to satchfan: if we're all "fanboys" for defending coldplay, wouldn't that make you a "fanboy" yourself for defending satriani?? ahh well. this is ridiculous. i find no need to sue somebody for similarities between their song and yours. people like your song, and people like theirs. no need to blow everything out of proportion. this one ashlee simpson song (i think its called eyes wide open or something) sounds a lot like square one the entire way through. nothing came of that. why sue over 5 seconds? this is all going to get settled sooner or later so all we can do is wait. i would be very upset if coldplay lost the lawsuit but i am extremely confident that they would bounce right back. i mean come on, there are thousands of us on coldplaying! and thats not even the entire fanbase. im not worried at all.

hi alyssa! i love coldplaying so muchh just like you! one of my very best friends is an obsessed coldplay fan too but other than her i have nobody else to share my obsession with. a bunch of my friends like coldplay but nowhere near as much as me so going to this website is so refreshing. i feel so at home even though i've never met any of these people (as far as i know :P)! i also love that youre a young fan. i'm only 14 but i've loved yellow ever since it came out when i was 6. after that i had crappy elementary schooler musical taste but when fix you and speed of sound came out i was like, "hmmm... i should really listen to them more." then i heard the scientist and coldplay officially became my favorite band. i was 11 then. :D and now i constantly think about coldplay and relate everything back to them. if theres one thing i love as much as coldplay (besides my family of course) then its definately coldplay fans. we're so eclectic! and even though we get into little spats on this forum we're like one huge family. hahaha i think ive said enough now! :D

okay i had one! i was at the concert in raleigh on august 6th (cant wait!) and i went to go get autographs. i walked up and the convo was like this: chris: hi i'm chris! me: :wacky: i know who you are! youre only my idol and hero! chris: and your celebrity crush. :D no i shouldnt say that because i dont know for sure. me: actually its true. :embarassed: i just didnt want to say that cause it sounds creepy. chris: no it doesnt! its flattering. :) i would say i have a crush on you too but that would be creepy. me: yeah cause im a minor... :\ but then they signed my gorgeous tour t-shirt (which i cant wait to buy) and they put "to: Caitlyn we ♥ you from: " and then signed. :) then jonny was talking about how he saw all these girls with signs around town (idk why? they werent at the concert though...) that said I ♥ JB and he was all smiley. me: jonny... i really dont mean to burst your bubble because the JB i love is jonny buckland but... i think those signs were for the jonas brothers. :\ jonny: hahaha once again im upstaged by a boy band. me: you know what? im gonna make a t-shirt just for you that says "I ♥ JB (Jonny Buckland NOT the Jonas Brothers)" and then i'll take pictures and send 'em to you. :) jonny: :D i cant wait to see them! and then it just sort of ended... kinda strange and not very realistic at all but i liked it :)

i saw that! i talked a little bit about it on the random coldplay thoughts thread. miss_g i couldnt agree with you more! he just couldnt pull it off. but i was still excited that somebody finally performed a song by the most incredible band of all time! :D:P

EEEK! i was sitting here watching what the buck while american idol was on in the background when i hear, "i hear jeruselum bells..." and i whipped around really fast! hahaha the guy who was singing it murdered it, though. butttt ryan seacrest said that chris martin was amazing and it was an amazing song and randy agreed that chris is awesome and that only certain kinds of singers can pull that off. ahhh it made my day! :D:D just today i was thinking "when is somebody gonna sing coldplay on american idol??" and my wish came true! i just wish they would have done it a little better.... but who can beat chris?

Oh my gosh! All of these are hilarious! I've had a TON of Coldplay dreams but I always seem to dream about meeting Chris and having a long conversation with him and then I end up watching tv and seeing a Chris interview and he starts talking about me. :D theyre the best! thats not very interesting but i'm gonna try to have a coldplay dream tonight and if i do i'll be sure to tell you all about it. :D
