  1. << I'm glad we didn't annoy you, as we were loud and fangirly the entire time >> Oh, loud and fangirly is cool. Believe me, I would've been exactly the same way were I not recording. :D
  2. <<ps. did you see those gross out people making out? ewwwwwwwwww i got rid of them though - jabbed her a few times with my elbow>> LOL!! Yeah, get a room somewhere...
  3. ^Oh no worries, the sign didn't get in my way, you only had it up for a few seconds at a time anyway. I also got some nice video with my camera, but the sound sucks so I have to try to figure out how to sync the better audio to the video. I also got some nice pics... just have been so backlogged with stuff here that I haven't gotten the chance yet to post 'em.
  4. Hey whippersnappers:) I was the one who taped the show. I was right behind the girl with the sign. (No, I wasn't the one who said "SIGN DOWN!") I had a fabulous time, other than not being able to make any noise as I was recording. There was certainly enough noise being made around me, which was all well and good! If you listen to the recording, at about 3 minutes 45 seconds into Yellow, you'll hear a big pop. One of the balloons popped right in front of me and a piece of confetti flew into my mouth! It was startling because all of a sudden there was a really strong taste of latex rubber in my mouth. (Okay, no snickering.) I thought it was a piece of the balloon but then I spit out a piece of yellow tissue paper!!
  5. The ticket I posted about earlier has been sold.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  6. They've been going on between 9:00 and 9:15. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  7. For my own selfish purposes, I'm glad they're doing all these shows now so I can catch up with all the years that I wasn't turned onto Coldplay. (I basically just discovered them last year... I know... WhereTF have I been??!!) But looking at it objectively, I have to agree with the original poster. We in the Philly area have gotten them 3 times in the past 12 months. It's really not fair to the legions of fans they have worldwide. As much as we would like to believe, the world does not revolve around us in North America.
  8. Various tee shirts for $35 - $40. Tote bag $25. Keychain $10. Cool poster (small) $10. Tour program $20. Sticker sheet, set of buttons $8. Hoodies $65. Blanket $35. Also hats, mugs... can't remember how much they were selling for
  9. I had GA pit for Hartford. I arrived at the venue at 5pm, doors opened at 7. I was able to get in the second row of people right behind the rail... It was as good as being right in front as the two people in front of me were separated. The only issue is that once you stake out your spot, you can't really leave to get something to eat or go to the bathroom. So I would pack a snack or something.
  10. Sorry to all the folks who were eager for tonight. :( His voice sound fine last night, I was surprised when he mentioned the doctor not wanting him to go on. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  11. I have a single ticket that I'm trying to sell. Section 114, row 2, seat 7. Right next to the expensive box seats. See seating chart link below in my sig. Ticket cost me $124.15 with all LiveNation charges. Willing to sell for $100 even. I'll take the hit on the extra charges. PM me if interested. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  12. I have a single ticket that I'm trying to sell. Section C, row 14, seat 35. Only 14 rows from stage! See seating chart link below in my sig. Willing to sell for $100 even. I'll take the hit on the extra charges. PM me if interested. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  13. I have a single ticket that I'm trying to sell. Section 101, row N, seat 3. That's 14th row, covered section. See seating chart link below in my sig. Willing to sell for $100 even. I'll take the hit on the extra charges. PM me if interested. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  14. Willing to sell my Des Moines ticket for $100 even. For seating chart, see link below in my sig. Section 118, right on the side of the stage, it'll be a great view! PM me if interested. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  15. I have a single ticket for sale, FLOOR section 2, row 8. If you look at the seating chart (link below), this should be VERY close to the B stage!!! I wish I could make it, since it's a great seat, but I can't. If interested, please PM me.
  16. Great pics guys and gals!! And I can't wait to get my hot little hands on that tour program!!!
  17. With a pit ticket you'll be right up front, though you'll be standing the whole time and might have to look over some shoulders if you're toward the back of the pit section. Hey I'm 44 and I'm totally obsessed too.
  18. ^^^ Yes White Shadows!!! One of my faves obviously... :)
  19. I've only been to one Coldplay show before... Philadelphia 11/1/08, and I didn't miss anything for it (that I remember). But this June, I will be missing my hockey spring league playoffs because I will be in Canada for the Winnipeg, Calgary and Edmonton shows. Hope my teammates won't be too mad at me. Well, yeah, they will.
  20. I don't think they've played the full electric version since Twisted Logic tour, 2005-2006. I wish they WOULD play it this way as it's probably in my Top Five favorite Coldplay songs.
  21. I go to shows by myself all the time. Nothing wrong with it at all. Most of my friends don't like the same kind of music I do. Rather than deprive myself, I just go alone... and have an absolute blast!!! Plus it's a lot of fun to meet new people.
  22. You are totally cool to admit this. I mean that.
  23. Okay, I'll jump in too. Great idea! My tickets for sale are listed below in white type. All tickets in hand. I'll throw in USPS Priority Mail shipping for free. Selling for face value only--don't worry about all the convenience fees. PayPal preferred but I'll take money orders and checks too (checks will have to clear first obviously).
