Awwh that sucks. :( I think some people have had their names changed on mewsite before, but maybe that was possible a long time ago. Oh well, I can live with it. It's not so bad.

I deleted the album after 10 minutes. Gave each song maybe ten seconds to please me. It was so awful. After listening again "Lay Down Your Head" could've been a decent Mew b-side, problem is the storm has Pernille "Annoying Voice" Rosendahl on the vocals. And the music just doesn't go with the lyrics at all in my opinion. It sounds so off....

Yep. Jonas even helped write for their album (which sucked more than anything I've heard in years, unfortunately...) And Jonas and Silas (or what that Bo...) attened one of The Storm's first shows. :) Good ppl they are! And the kb player for Mew is a father and has toured with other bands, and still does. There wer eother reasons, I'm sure.... Johan started to change after a while into not the same person they knew... It probably would've happened eventually, baby or no baby,

After Johan left (to be a dad he started The Storm as you know... if you read though that whole thread you can know more about the Johan + Mew situation. That cleared some things up for me.) Mew also mentioned (or someone mentioned) how Johan never really enjoyed being away from Denmark for periods of times. I don't think he ever ajusted to that. Also, maybe when he left Mew he was hoping they wouldn't go on without him to make a new record and they came back bigger and better instead? It's kinda complicated to explain. :\ Sigur Ros: And maybe they didn't but I've read interviews that they did, maybe they were mistaken? Maybe they only appeared at the same festival or so. Maybe played a venue in the same period of time as the other? :shrug:
