on my itunes i never knew what to classify them as some were rock then alternative, then i remembered that chris mentioned something about limestone rock so i went back to my itunes and i classified everything i got of coldplay to "limestone rock":)

i liked them since 2000 back when i was 10 years old. i would hear "yellow" and "trouble" on the radio but i never knew who they were. it was so frustrating when i didnt know who they were. then i heard "clocks"and i would get goosebumps i just thought it was the most beautiful song i had ever heard. so i finally saw the video of "the scientist" and i wrote down the name of the band on my hand. as soon as i could i went and bought A Rush Of Blood to The Head. at first i only liked a few songs : "clocks" "in my place" (when i heard in my place on the cd i realised i had loved that song from the radio too, it was another exciting moment for me.:)) "the scientist" but i ended up loving the album and i realized i was an idiot for not liking it at first. its still my all time favorite! For the longest time i had thought A Rush Of Blood to The Head was their first album and that i had just discovered a new amazing band. My older cousin then told me "you know thats not their first album right?" he was the one that helped me figure out that those amazing songs that i loved called "yellow" and "trouble" were also played by this wonderful band. i think its pretty cool how i came to be a fan because i was a fan of them without knowing who they were. im 19 years old now and i finally went to their concert after dreaming about it since i was 12. i seriously LOVE this band soooo much. their music helped me through middle school, high school, and now im in college still listening to coldplay. Im very happy to say that i grew up with codplay and im very lucky for that. i only wish i could meet them and tell them how much their music has meant to me all these years. of course many other fans would love that oppurtunity too but ill keep dreaming and maybe one day who knows? its crazy how far theyve come. im happy for them.

i wanted to hear square one! :cry: especially since i couldnt go to their previous tour. i also miss speed of sound and trouble and shiver:cry:

even though a latin america tour would be great they definitely need some rest they have been working so hard! i know their new stuff will be great, i just want more of the feeling of a rush of blood to the head. that album is amazing, also guitar from x&y is awesome too. but of course i think they'll show us something different , thats what they have done so far. :)

i agree a whisper is the only song that is out of place in that album "crests of waves" should have been in its place and then the album would be 100% perfect!

i love a rush of blood to the head because it has many of my favorite songs clocks!! in my place the scientist politik god put a smile upon your face and thats most of the album already. i love how deep the songs are and beautiful, and they have a lot of piano in them.they are very relaxing. and also this is the album that helped me discover coldplay and figure out they were the ones who also played "yellow" and "trouble"

the coldplay dream i had last night was kind of nice. i still dont get the sequence of events though and part of the dream i forgot. the part i do remember is that i had been really close to the bstage and so i said hi to Chris during "the hardest part" and he just smiled at me. then im guessing on the same night(in my dream) i passed by a crowd and the band happens to be there. i was inside a car and i saw jhonny so i yelled "hi jhonny!!" and he looked at me and waved, then Will saw Jhonny waving at me so i yelled "hi will!!" and he waved back and smiled too. i expected Guy to also turn around to say hi but he was busy looking at something else and chris was surrounded by fans signing autographs. after all that, my dream ended with me going to buy a cake. random ending but i loved saying hi to will and jhonny even if it was only in my dream.:)

i became so addicted to Tap Tap Coldplay ever since they had that contest to win concert tix. unfortunately i dont have an itouch and i had only been borrowing my cousins itouch for a month. now im saving up so i can get my own and play Tap Tap Coldplay once again!

ok im so jelous of so many people here how the heck do you get a setlist or guitar picks do you just go up to a security guy and say "hey can i have a guitar pick/setlist?" i want one guitar pick or setlist.:(

well the one i was talking about was, a while back when they did the peter pan movie(not cartoon). and it played the song clocks. just cuz of that i felt like watching it.lol

today i finally got my viva la vida piano song book! cant wait to start playing the songs i love.

i didnt think anyone would notice my dream, usually no one cares what i write.lol well i read your dream and i thought it was a cool dream. especially the part where you tease chris.:)

i thought i was the only one that remembered that trailer cuz of coldplay. it sounded so awesome in theatres since it was loud.:)

i had a dream where i went to see the harry potter movie, and the guy in front of me turned out to be chris martin, he saw me and we started a converstaion. he saw the bracelets i had and told me "oh i like your bracelets, where did you get them?" and i said, "at your concert, they were selling them there" then he said "oh really?, how about you give me some of your bracelets and ill give you some of mine" i was so excited and i kept telling him how much i loved coldplay. but as the dream progressed he kept on moving down the rows until he wasnt there anymore. and he didnt get to see the movie and i ended up waking up so i didnt get to see the movie either.

yea i know how that feels, i would annouce evryday about going to their concert and they would tell me " why are you listening to lame music?" they cant appreciate beautiful music i guess:angry:

who knows where i'd be without them or even what i would be like, i'd be a different person but for the worse.

my little brother Chris had a teacher named Mr.Martin who played the guitar and sang to the class. couldnt help but think about coldplay he kinda had a resemblance of Chris martin too.:)

yup i love "shiver" i also wish they played: square one white shadows crests of waves speed of sound i had emailed the oracle hoping he could pass the messege to the band to play shiver or crests of waves but no luck.:angry: and at the show july 13 i was close to the bstage and i wanted to yell out "play crests of waves" but i chickened out.:embarassed: have too many good songs to fit in two hours unfotunately

most of the a rush of blood to the head i hated, then something clicked and i was like "what the hell was wrong with me?" its my favorite album. ("politik" im so sorry!) also for the album viva la vida i just really didn't like it, all i could think was x&y was better, and that it was kind of boring, then i actually listened to the songs and payed attention, and i really love this album too!

between "brothers and sisters" and "only superstition"

i work at a clothing store and we have pants for men that are "prospect" pants everytime i fold those pants i think of coldplay.

when you try to make a school project somehow relate to coldplay just so you can talk about them( i made a speech about them in communications class.lol) when at work you are daydreaming about coldplay going to where you work

thank you for putting up those vids of the B-stage! i was like a row or two behind you so this is great to see. my stupid camera ran out of memory at this time so i only got 24 seconds of the B-stage.

Politik is one of my all time favorite coldplay songs cuz of that mixture of slow and powerful sounds. it still gives me chills, reminds me of when i heard clocks for the first time on the radio and i thought to myself " i have never heard something more beautiful than this" its great to have a place like this to express how we feel about coldplay and knowing we all feel the same about them. coldplay has a way of making your day better, they have had such a big influence on me, if i were to meet them i wouldnt be able to exlplain how much they mean to me so i'd probably start crying. that would be kinda embarassing though how do you have 847 coldplay tracks? i think i barely have 87 and i know i dont have all the b-sides but where are those 400 other ones?

yup there is a lot of coldplay love out there i think thats part of the reason why the show was awesome, cuz the band loves their fans and we obviously love them! and you can actually feel the love at the concert. they are the best band in the world. theres nothing else to it! one of the highlights for me was when they played politik cuz when i heard that song on the cd i had always wished to hear it live because i knew it was going to be a powerful experience, and it was! i sang my heart out for that one! favorite line in the song "..give me love over, love over this" keep writing more reviews! everytime i read one, its like im reliving the experience and i remember a little more each time.
