  1. You know your addicted to Coldplay when your Youtube account has mostly or even all Coldplay music videos/interviews/Remixes and so on...
  2. My favorite cover by them is Billie Jean, but you can only hear it at live performances.
  3. I never seen a Chris look alike :(
  4. I Love that picture :laugh3:
  5. I only looked at the pic for a split second and assumed it was Chris. I should have payed more attention lol. And I then realized that the poster is from America, and Chris is in England on tour.....
  6. Oh I read that as well. But it seams to good to be true...
  7. That would be great. What sucks is waiting for the next CD. Last time I didn't have a computer and I knew very little about Viva La Vida coming out.... however now that I do have a computer, I can find out everthing they post/say about the CD. So this wait won't be as terrible. :)
  8. Pockets replied to amsterdam's topic in Coldplay

  9. I love playing Coldplay really loud. Especially Politik, 1.36, Violet Hill, God Put a Smile Upon Your Face, Life in Technicolor Color (1&2), Talk, White Shadows, A Whisper, Crest of Waves, Low.. Okay a crapload of songs by them sound amazing loud. But not really Parachutes, Postcards from far away, and Proof. I think they sound better in a lower volume.
  10. I love the one with his tongue sticking out! :P
  11. I heared of them so many times, but I never really listened to them. What is thier music like?
  12. Thats great. I was wondering when it would come here :)
  13. Also, Lovers in Japan and the acoustic version. I have no idea why... tons of thier songs help me through life.
  14. I'm listening to it right now. I love it.
  15. Well I'm happy that we both agree. It reminds me that next time I post something, I should be more careful about what I say. Sometimes I type something that offends people and that was never my intention.
  16. Oh My God you are so lucky!!!
  17. Sorry I didn't mean to sound that way. I'm talking about people who only lisiten to 1 or 2 different types of music. But you listen to so many different kinds of music, and I seriously think thats awesome. It's just where I live it's very rare to know somebody who listens to everything. Everybody just listens to the same kind of thing. I don't care for Paramore, but what I mean is all the people who I know who like them only listen to them and things that are simular, and to them anything else is to "wierd" or "stupid". I just wish that they had a more open mind. Coldplay isn't the only thing I listen to. I like tons of bands from different styles of music (not so much heavy metal or county though) And I’m not saying that your not a true fan of Coldplay. I probably didn’t make it clear in my previous posts, but what I was saying was about how music is where I live. And really, as much as I don't like All time Low and that sort of thing, I think it's all right if people listen to them. Just as long as they have an open mind about music. I'm not saying that everybody should listen to every type of music. But as I said before, I think that, at least where I live, people need an open mind.
  18. Yes. When it comes to music (where I live) far too many people are drawn into whats "popular" (And where I live Coldplay along with other British bands are not popluar at all) Sure, theres some songs on the radio I like. Theres also a lot of songs I like from different styles of music. However Coldplay are just a bunch of "Gay boring losers who lack orginality" I hate how people think that bands like Paramore are musical geniuses and everything that they create is a masterpiece.
  19. Same here. Most people I know listen to rap, Hip Hop, Disney Channel, Paramore (ugh!), and really popular songs that are played on the Radio 8374892374 times a day. Oh and other bands like Hey Monday and All Time Low.
  20. I have mixed feelings about Coldplay. I missed how they were a few years ago, but at the same time I do like what they have become (mostly).
  21. Thats what I lot of people think when I say I got a new CD. In a way it's a little annoying because I like a lot of other bands as well. However Coldplay is #1 in my book. Has been for years.
  22. Also, although Viva La Vida is an overated song, it did help me. My freshman year was a nightmare, (honestly) and for some reason hearing that song made me feel a lot better about things. Violet Hill helped as well.
  23. Fix you helps me through a bad day/ bad situation. I will think of more songs later.
  24. Right now I have Death Will Never Conquer as well as Parachutes stuck in my head.
  25. Parachutes 8.5 AROBTTH 11 + X&Y 11 Viva La Vida 10
