ustin was my back-up (I live in SA, which is an hour away. in fact, I should be going to Austin tomorrow...), if I didn't get accepted into an out of state school. But I was accepted into the school I wanted to go to in Connecticut, so goodbye delicious Texas/Mexican food. :( ahaha. off topic much?

My friend lent me her album last week and I really really liked it. I was too busy enjoying VW's new album to fully appreciate it, though.

I haven't decided what I want on my mix yet. Well, I barely read this entry... what? yesterday. But it usually takes me a while to assemble a good mix because I have to look through all my music.

Yes! I told my friend that I felt like drinking Horchata after listening to that song and she asked me what it was and tried to explain how delicious the drink is, but she didn't believe me. Told her I'm going to make her a real Mexican meal one day, but she isn't really excited about it. ANYWAY. VW. I love the new album! I can't even pick a favorite song yet, though. I have to listen to it a few more times before I do.

Sometimes I worry that my music is too different from the stuff people normally talk about on this forum and that they'd hate my mix and I'd just sit here lamely. :(

I'm going to do the mixtape thing, but every time I make a mix tape, it always takes everything in my power not to put too many songs on there.

Am I the only one hoping until the very end that everyone was playing a prank on me and that Matt Smith really wasn't going to play the Doctor and David, at the end of the episode, was going to be like: "HEY! I'M NOT CHANGING! I'VE STILL GOT A GOOD ROUND ON ME."

Our school doesn't have that much money either, but we have a strong fashion program and if we don't rent costumes, we usually end up having the fashion students create the costumes from old costumes and scrap material and whatnot. It's really cool and I'm lucky to be in this school where we do three major productions during the year and one musical every year. :D Except our director sucks, so we win some and lose some.

I think it's great that you're starting with Radiohead if you ask me.

That's an adorable costume! I think the coolest costume I ever wore for a play was when I was a sailor for Anything Goes. Otherwise, I usually get very lame, tame, costumes. (Like I had a very simple dress in Cabaret where the majority of the characters were in risque clothing! What is up with that?) What play are you in now?
