I get unlimited texts (and 3G surfing) for £5 a month. So I tend to make the most of it. I use about 50+ texts a day (admittedly, some days I use more-- it depends on whether I'm in by the computer or not). On days when I'm in, in front of the PC, the levels can drop a lot because I don't use it to update facebook/twitter and normally talk to my friends on MSN or summat.

You don't know what cold-calling is? (Is it a British thing?) Basically it is when a machine rings loads of numbers at once-- and the unlucky person that picks up first gets treated to a pre-recorded message about charity/loan consolodation ect. The other people, when they answer their phone get a dead line.
