Coldplay Hibernation?
I guess I went through a bit of a Coldplay hibernation. I tended to focus all my energies this year on Muse and KoL so I just sort of listened to Coldplay, but they weren't always on my speaker system. Now though, I've started to bring them back in to circulation. And I can't believe I went through a hibernation period. I missed them

I'll probably be updating Twitter all day tomorrow... So you can follow what's going on there (shameless pimpage I know :p) According to the weather forecast on the BBC. There's not going to be snow in London tomorrow... It says potential for going cold though at -1 degrees. Brrr. (Also no snow here so the trains should be fine). I will see you all tomorrow. Hopefully I will see some of you at the pub beforehand. If not, I'll see you all on the boat! EXCITE!

Wow. All these people already in London. Must be even more exciting! I won't be setting off tomorrow until 2 and it'll take us 56 minutes exactly apparently. Ha

I am very, very excited already. I can't imagine what I will be like this time tomorrow. (I might be borderline hysteria guys, sorry XD) To make matters better... I have a meeting for finalising my placement now on Friday  so the rest of the week is going to be epic

FESTIVE (OFFICIAL) BOAT TRIP IN LONDON @ 5PM ON 25 NOV, 2010
Hey guys, have you all arranged what pub you'll be at? Because if I do get to go as early as it now seems, we might end up in London by 3 :P The tube arrangements are a bit awkward. Normally the last tubes are 12:30am-- but it is variable from where you're going. Not to get caught out, I'm actually going Brighton to London Bridge now rather than to Victoria and tube. Should work out nicely. Now I'm going to revise and I will not get distracted by the thread like yesterday. :laugh3: ETA: Whilst I remember... My friend went on the Erasmus about a month ago now and he said that it's a stunning boat. He said the drinks were a little pricey (but I don't know whether that means regular pricey or on a student budget pricey if I'm honest). But overall he said it's worth going just for the boat!

I also vote for the 'tie up the captain' option (I feel a bit sorry for the Captain though, bloke won't know what's hit him :\) I wonder what is with the hour earlier anyway? I mean, an extra hour is cool, but it has wrecked all prior arrangements everyone has made! By the looks of it though, I can leave as soon as I finish my test-- my lecturer told me to sit on the end of a row and just leave as soon as I need to (I explained... And if the guy wasn't cool enough already-- he told me that I shouldn't miss the boat for the world. Inclusive of my degree :stunned:)

That's not fair... I hope you can make it Jen, we'll all delay it if we have to. It's not fair!!

Why now 5pm? I guess that should be alright, the train we're looking at getting is the 3... Which should get us to London Bridge for 4pm... But it is literally going to be such a rush (no pun intended) if I miss that train or if there are any delays

The look of the boat makes me think that what I was planning on wearing would be way too casual and all. So I have no idea what to dress in either (I have nothing smart really...)

^^^Do not get me started on Cloning. I had a four hour lecture on that before. It seems interesting at first and then you realise it is so much more complicated than they make out. A group photo would be amazing!

Priorities... Nametag first and then Biology coursework :laugh3: At least that's how it's being played here. Coldplay first and then everything else.

I KNOW. I AM FREAKING OUT RIGHT ABOUT NOW. (I have an exam to sit first. I will be clawing to get out of there and on to the next train to Londanz). I have no idea how to get to the docking place from the Tube station though =/ By the looks of it, my friend and I will get up to London for about 4pm. So if you guys are going to meet up a little bit earlier, you know, count us in :D

That's reassuring to know. I'm one of those pessimistic worrier types I think XD I was thinking that maybe they'd end up doing something different if the other arrangements didn't come in to fruition. But the boat sounds amazen. I don't think they thought that people would come from that far away-- even I didn't think so at first. (I underestimate the Coldplaying spirit apparently). I only live 40 minutes away these days :P

Ahahaha, I can imagine it would. Liverpool isn't as bad as London though (or at least, I find). Yeah I wouldn't mind knowing the particulars. My Mum is getting more worried about it than I am :P

Whoa that is bad! Silly peoples keeping us all hanging. -_- I ended up subscribing to the Twitter updates on my phone and kept getting insanely excited yesterday when my phone went off... Then just ended up disappointed when it was work/my friends. Normally I love that sort of distraction, but yesterday it was just a pain :laugh3:
