  1. :laugh3: It was all in the Coldplaying spirit! I think the band should actually get to see these videos to be honest to see what a good time we had... :D
  2. I can only imagine what it was like being there for that. (I've youtubed it so very many times, trying to implant it in to my mind :sweatdrop:)
  3. Srsly? Ahahaha, it's me, my guest (Custard-- who will be joining us on the forum one day I guess :P) and marie/pims
  4. Yeah. They'll have to somehow one up themselves. So it should be epic epic. If they did lose the classic rarities then they wouldn't be the same Muse... I think though, no matter what, everyone will get Feeling Good because it's been on setlists forever (and I secretly think Matt likes singing into a Megaphone :D)
  5. @ines Just noticed your icon. Mannn, that's amazing. I love Dom's rainbow colours @Showbiz I think that somewhere or another they've said that Australia is the last leg before they finish the Resistance era. So sad. @Hysteria I take it you went to night two... I am very jealous you got to hear Bliss. That's like one of my favourite songs!!!
  6. They were really good. I was really good that I ended up queuing for ages because I got a really good standing place (which, given my height, was definitely needed). I wish I could see them again... But they're doing Australia and then going on a tour-break I heard  ETA: I went on the first night (10th) because tickets for the 11th sold out like... So fast and no one I knew was lucky enough to get them. I even missed an exam to get them... And then didn't. Whoops :p
  7. Ahahah, that's good to know. For a moment I thought I'd be nom'd on ;) I have indeed seen them before, just the once though this year at Wembley. But it was amazing!!
  8. Actually, LongLiveLife spoke to some peoples on the boat and they said touring should begin in June. So yeah, we should be looking out for a Coldplay summer!!! :D
  9. :laugh3: Man! I didn't think it'd get to the interwebz that quick. Mannn, we done good Marie and Custard!
  10. Yepyep. I am a Muse fan like whoa. They're like one of my favourite bands... I'm treading in uncharted territory here, it's kind of exciting. S'nice to be here!
  11. :stunned: I have stumbled along a thread that I should have been in a long time ago judging from it... Especially this page  So, uhm, hi I guess :P
  12. I saw it... I showed everyone and was like... THOSE WERE MY TABLEMATES and THAT'S ME WITH THE BALLOON OVER MY FACE :laugh3: Everyone was odded out by it.
  13. If this is indeed 1 of 3.... Then maybe there might be some shots of the boat scene in the previews. Because Debs was stood behind us recording through one of our goes if I remember rightly. :stunned:
  14. It's because we are all so excitable now the pictures have come out so we can relive it again and again... Now to wonder when/where Debs will post our party-boat pictures. I mean, she recorded everyone singing Coldplayoke... I personally think she should show it to the band to show how hardcore we all jammed.
  15. ^^ and ^ I hope so. If not my hand is famous :laugh3: In two of the takes though I was at the front, so you never know...
  16. Someone has the balloon over my face. However, you can see my hand still!!! Yeah!
  17. Only Matt Bellamy can get away with naming stuff like that... And only Chris can get away with naming things 'Hurts like Heaven' ect. But I'm a little weirded out by it.... They sound overtly emotional, I prefer a bit of subtlety. Though I'm not going to prejudge any of the tracks based on their title.
  18. Such a legendary song. It got me the first time I heard it... Though the 'ohhh'-ing will forever be etched into my memory :laugh3:
  19. I do, in some ways, regret not going over to the set... But we'd probably have to have left pre the guys coming over anyway (or kipped in the station until the first train this morning. But given the temperatures around, that would have been extreme!) But instead I went to the pub and spent some more time with teh Coldplayers I'd bonded with... And really, you can't fault that at all. For once not feeling like you're talking to disinterested parties is unbelievable in itself, but all the people were so lovely. Stories from the set and band meeting = amazing! I loved it. I'm still loving it. It doesn't feel real in my mind. I woke up this afternoon (yeah, I didn't get to bed until 4 this morning) and thought 'did that actually happen?' It's surreal. I will never, ever forget it. I loved every minute and even if it wasn't what we were told (I wouldn't say promised) I think it was a million miles better. I have to agreed on the signed things front. But eh, they've been busy and the whole thing was a logistical nightmare. Just having the video on my ipod will be enough for me forever to remember the night by.
  20. They probably already have them because of the other details relayed from here to HQ for the rest... However, they do also have our addresses and all, so we may get something in a physical form and all. IDK, just theorising. It could mean nothing, but it could mean everything
  21. It was wonderful to meet you too Jill!!! And all my other table mates (I've seen you lurking around :laugh3:) too. You guys rawked and made the evening brilliant! So yeah, obviously, I just got back after my return journey... And what can I really say about the evening than absolutely bloody brilliant! Not only did we get a free boat ride up the Thames (in a very nice boat), with free sandwiches (admittedly we could have done with more because everyone got really hungry), with new friends... But we also got immortalised in a Coldplay video! I think that the evening ended up being what you made it. A part of me is a little upset that we didn't get to meet the band/didn't get signed goodies... But honestly, these were things that I came with the expectation of-- it was just what we'd all speculated on happening and things just panned out differently. The biggest part of me is just so happy that I had the opportunity to be there, be part of Coldplay forever now and meet so many nice people. (Plus do awful, awful karaoke. I swear I couldn't hear myself :stunned:) Also, there was all that second half of the contract about the uber other secret (which probably shouldn't be disclosed) that none of us know any more about... So maybe we'll be plesantly surprised with what happens later. Oh, and, to top everything off: Christmas Lights is a beautiful song. Really good and really deep at the same time. It gave me shivers. So cannot wait for that! Night to remember for the rest of meh days.
  22. Welll, I'm off to my two lectures and then will be straight on the train to meet you guys! See you all in 5/6 hours!! Safe journeys everyone.
  23. Pah, nah. I think it'd be alright, it's too cold to risk anything else!
