  1. October 2011 ! This month we would like to acknowledge the joint effort of THREE members! October's Members of the Month are Hartroc, Twisted Mind, and Pai. While the release of Paradise brought a wide range of opinions from members, Hartroc (who really likes Paradise) was able to bring some fun to it all by writing lyrics to the lighthearted parody "Parachutes 2.0". Also, Pai was brave enough to lend her lovely voice for all the world to hear, and Twisted Mind provided the amusing background images for the video. This project helped bring together people who like Paradise with those who aren't as fond of it... in Coldplaying unity! :nice: Thank you again Hartroc, Twisted Mind, and Pai!
  2. Yeah with the timing of the first of the month being a weekend, we're all having too much fun partying to make a decision. :D I think we've landed on our choice though... announcement will come tomorrow.
  3. Bummer, I was looking forward to seeing something on World News Tonight. I'd rather see it pulled back than all up in his face. Actually I think it would be awesome if, for fun, he came on stage with crooked pigtails. Frankly I find Ed's hair more *eeek* these days. It reminds me of the goth kid(s) on South Park with the to-the-side bangs being so long. And is it just me or is Ed looking more gaunt than in the past?
  4. Cloudy and breezy, 10°C (50°F).
  5. Were there balconies/box seats? Or were the celebrities just mingled in with the rest of the crowd?
  6. :bomb: holy poop edit: If they are really planning to stick around in the U.S. much longer, they might just announce a show or two in Chicago during the week of October 10-14, since Portishead (and therefore Clive) will be in Chicago for a show at the same venue where AFP played.
  7. The only reason I have them is because they automatically came with the iPod. I don't use them.
  8. Is that who I think it is on the far right in this picture?
  9. :dead: Holy poop, I'm so happy for you Mike!
