  1. yep! I know we all will! beautiful pics they're from Noelia's fotolog ( I asked her permission to post them before you judge :P)
  2. too many things going on! we will have to rescue it from page 4 once the album comes out!
  3. First of all, no idea what Jaffa cakes are but you all seem obsessed with them, so they must be good! :P Joking aside, I really got involved in this cause I thought it would work and it was a good idea to thank the guys for these last few days and all the surprises they’ve given us as fans and also as a community. I have not been around here as a member for long, therefore I don’t really know how the whole PFFA project worked. I wasn’t here and I could not follow the day by day progress, so well, basically thank you for pointing out the lack of time thing. I think in a way it was taken into account, hence the idea of doing something in a virtual way, since it would be easier to coordinate. I wasn’t the one who initiated this project of a project (or whatever you want to call it :P) but I think it was never meant to be as ambitious as the PFFAP. It was something simpler, smaller. Now, I understand your reasons for not agreeing with it and that’s why I think it has been a bit of a disappointment seeing this might not work since we got excited with it at first. The thing is, if something is going to be done, I feel it should have the consent and the blessing of the majority of the community since that’s why, even if we are all different, we are all here, I guess for the same reasons and we want the best for everyone. I still think it could be done, if the people involved are really committed to it and we get lots of people willing to participate. However, if it is as it is now, then I think we should wait, since I wouldn’t like to be part of something that doesn’t represent us all. The lack of time might be a very serious issue and well, basically that’s it. I think the person who came up with the idea did it with the best of intentions at heart and in a genuine attempt to thank the band for all we have got in the last few days, even if some of us did not directly take part. If it is not now, I hope we could really do something beautiful and sincere in the future. Sorry for the super long post :shame:
  4. :awesome: thanks! I'm not that tired, but I have to get up early for work, I wish I worked on this thread *sighs* I'm making no sense again :freak:
  5. but not many posts say exactly where it is! you have to sort of read through the whole thread and find clues to find it...it does not say the address on every page. I agree with Haleema, paps already know where it is
  6. yep, like Jonny, he's so ahead of us he's already in 2011 :charming:
  7. yo, yo, yo, yo!!!!! no tengo tarjeta del frances, pero el martes que viene me voy derecho a buscar la entrada, espero que haya! No all standing GA shows can be held at River anymore. All the people would have to be sitting down and U2's show works in a different way I think.
  8. I'm sure it's you :lips:
  9. you're so special, that's why :lips: you're always ahead of us!
  10. :wacky: Night Ellen
  11. I also noticed this :wacky: I don't know if it is that or maybe it's the editing, but I do think they're waving at the boat!
  12. such a cute and attractive model, isn't he?
  13. if most people think we should wait, then let's wait... I do think this could work, though
  14. :wacky: both of them look so cold!
  15. yes, that would be good. To update what this is about. By tomorrow we'll know if there a decent amount of people to make this work. (or let's wait til Wednesday, maybe after they hear the song they'd be more willing to do it :P )
  16. I think there are about 6 of us willing to send pictures, we'd be looping the pictures not the song! :D Just a joke, but I think it could work, lots of photos fit into a 3 minutes song.
  17. yep, that's why we need to wait to see how many would be interested.
  18. I don't think so...we can get that many people, by tomorrow those who are now sleeping would be able to see the thread and we'll know if it's worth the try making it or not, but if people are interested I think they would join, especially if they have not met the band in person to thank them...
  19. but it would be the same Christmas tree in the background :laugh3:
  20. I'd say more than 20 :uhoh: then it would be a little weird, make it 100. I do believe someone will be interested.
  21. I don't think it's that bad actually, if you want to wait it's fine... I'd be willing to participate because if done properly, it could work really well. It could be done, not as a super project but as a thank you for the Christmas Light song and video and for taking Coldplaying into account when making it. It does not have to go unnoticed.
  22. you make me feel bad :\...we are making an effort...we can always do an awesome thing next year with something LP5 related.
  23. at the meet and greet in the Christmas Gigs
  24. I say yes, the editing is what takes longer, taking a picture and sending it just takes about an hour!
  25. once a year is not that constant  edit: PFFA project was 2008 and this one would not be that huge :\ it would not make it less exciting IMO
