Today I found out there's some kind of typical South Korean song called Don't Panic during my English lesson :blank: Every day I get some new Coldplay references :blank:

My incredibly nice Spanish teachers, today's linguistics lesson and the feeling I have to have found a real friend, one of those who are so hard to meet :wacky:

:laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: Today, during linguistics class, our teacher made some examples of sounds which are typical of English saying a few English words... So I suddenly heard: "Apple", and I went :blank: Like a minute later, he said "king", and I went :blank: again, singing Viva La Vida in my mind :P And also, like 30 mins before that lesson, I was talking with a new friend of mine, and she was wondering if she pronounced "talk" well... I told her: "Yeah, yeah, it's right!!!... You know, there's the Coldplay song for this: "LET'S TALK, LET'S TAAA-AA-AA-AAALK! :D" ...Then we both burst out laughing. :laugh3:

I was having lunch with my family today while watching tv, when suddenly some ads comes on with ETIAW as background music, and it totally clashed with the spot itself, so I started saying loud "NO, NO, NO! :disappointed:", thinking that it was a complete waste... My dad thought that I didn't want too see/hear that spot, so he changed channel. I kinda shouted: "CHANGE IT BACK! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!", and I was a little angry 'cause he absolutely knows that song, he should know he must never stop or disturb me when Coldplay music is involved (I'd actually just finished listening to AROBTTH :P, didn't go to the kitchen until it was over :P), so once he put it back on the previous channel, I muttered: "You fool! :angry:"... After a bit, he said, in slight disappointment: "What? Your dad is a fool then?", I replied: "You could be my sister, brother, father, mother, grandma or grandpa, husband or son, but if you mess with their music, then yeah, you're a fool! :snobby:"

:laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: We should also try with "If you love me, won't you let me know?", then :lol: Or... Dunno :P

Hopefully, it doesn't happen with everyone. I know some people who like Glee although they're into metal or other kinds of music. Who knows, maybe they'll fall in love with Coldplay songs thanks to that show, or maybe not. It's worth a try anyway. True... Anyway, the Glee version is not that terrible. They re-arranged it pretty well, in my opinion, without adding too much but also without letting it remain too similar to the original, that would've been poor. It reminds me the American Idiot Cast version of 21 guns.... It's almost at this level. Not yet though. :nod: :wacky: :') :nod: :lol:

When a new friend asks you what singer/band you like, and you tell her to just read what's written on your Coldplay t-shirt :awesome: She doesn't love them, but she appreciates them :nice:

Like 10 mins ago, I heard the ending of Violet Hill blasting from the corridor.. I was here in my bedroom, typing stuff on my laptop, when I heard that and I totally threw myself towards the source of the music screaming: "WHAT IS IT?! WHERE IS IT?! WHAT THE HELL IS IT?!"... So I reached the kitchen to find out the Violet Hill video was on a tv music channel, as my mum was staring at me petrified, jaws quite dropped, remote in hand. When it finished, she told me: "I was changing channel, I wanted to press 3, put I pressed 36 and this came out..." Me: :blank: *still freaked out* Mum: "...
