  1. Mylo Xyloto really shouldn't be their last album. They can do better than this. The last album for a band needs to be their best and MX isn't their best.
  2. For those who don't know, The Beatles have this game you play with their songs. Paul died and was replaced by somebody. The clues say that he died Monday, November 9th at 5:00am in a car crash and was replaced by Billy shears, who won a Paul McCartney look alike contest. These clues were meant for The Beatles, but I like to find Paul is dead clues in Coldplay songs. In the cover of The Beatles album Abbey road Paul, the bassist, isn't wearing shoes. In the paradise music video Guy, the bassist, isn't wearing the elephant shoes. The line in hurts like heaven "I struggle with the feeling that my life isn't mine" could be something Billy Shears says because he is trying to live Paul's life and not his own. Major minus has a lot of clues. There's an ambulance sound near the end of the song. It could be the ambulance that came to the crash. They got one eye watching you One eye on what you do So be careful who it is you're talking to They got one eye watching you One eye on what you do So be careful what it is you're trying to do And be careful if you're walking into view Just be careful if you're walking into view The fans have their eyes on Billy, so he has to be careful so he doesn't get found out. The line "Us against the world" refers to the band going against the world when they try to make people think Billy is Paul. Fix you could be about Billy trying to be Paul, but when he fails the rest of the band will fix it. "Now my feet won't touch the ground" is often a reference to death. Can you find any more Paul is dead clues in Coldplay songs?
  3. When I heard the live version it was a bass heavy beat driven song, much like Violet Hill. This version is quite disappointing. Not because of RIhanna, but this is supposed to be a bass heavy song and there's almost no bass or drums on this song. And that synth should have been a guitar. What's good about this song? I can put it in my list of bad songs that could have been good and do an amazing cover of it. (Which I haven't ever actually done, but one day I just might.)
  4. I went to a restaurant a while ago. I heard Run by Snow Patrol, and it wasn't like most restaurants where you can only hear the bass. I could hear the entire song. After that I heard Lovers in Japan and The Scientist. It was nice to hear all the instruments to 3 good songs in a row at a restaurant.
  5. I heard Major Minus on the radio. I thought only singles get played on the radio.
  6. I just found out that the proper name for a group of sharks is a shiver of sharks. Which makes sense because if I look in their direction I'm going to hope they pay me no attention.
  7. I just seems like their cheating their way to getting more fans, like athletes who use steroids to cheat their way to more strength instead of using hard work. I never said this was a bad idea. I only laid out a short list of pros and cons. I actually think having Coldplay songs on rock band is a good idea.
  8. Their job is to make music, not money. Yeah they have to make money so they can keep making music, but that's not the reason why they make music. I miss the days where they would write songs not to make money, but for competition with Radiohead. The time where they said "We don't want to get bigger, we want to get better" More time making money = Less time making music. Bands should be popular because of good quality music. Anyone can put their music on a video game and get more popular, but it takes talent to get popular because of good quality music. I would still gladly buy, and play Coldplay song on rock band. Their still my favorite band and most of the time they write good quality music, but I just have to think of how much better they would be if they would focus on making music and not money.

  10. I love rock band, and I would love to play Coldplay songs on rock band, but it makes them more of a sellout band.

Joe Satriani decided not to sue Coldplay after Jonny started to play the guitar riff of death. (Which Joe tried to do, but failed) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_Mv80Aqfcg]guitar riff of death[/ame] There's a rumor that every time you listen to a Coldplay song, something bad in the world jumps back into Pandora's box.

In strawberry swing I thought "They were sitting" was "In the city" In cemetaries of london "Where Victorian ghosts pray" sounds like "Where the tools grow straight" and "Where the witches are and they say" sounds like "Where the witches are all insane" I have a few misheard lyrics from Chinese sleep chant. "Soup, soup is fine." (sleep satisfied) "I slip, gently " (fall asleep fall asleep) "Sweet sours fire"(sleep satisfied) "Soon soup"(sleep, sleep) "sweep, snow is fine"(sleep satisfied) This video has a few misheard lyrics from violet hill [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvyylrG1qZU&feature=BFa&list=LLTEs9wsse9OKRDhe_IA8d2Q&lf=mh_lolz]Coldplay - Violet Hill (With Lyrics) - YouTube[/ame]
